Thank you for your inquiry.

Due to the schedule adjustment, these rides are temporarily are available. However, they should back to service again later. You can check the schedule again later in the following days. It is advisable to prepare around 30min between the two trips if with paper tickets in hand.

How long would it take to transfer from Beijing West Station to Beijing South Station?
Is one hour enough as it mentioned only 25min by metro?

If you will reach Beijing West by G80 at 5pm, it would be better if you prepare longer time between. The metro did take about 25min on the way, but it may take you some time to line up and buy a ticket etc. The metro in Beijing could be crowded around 5pm. By taxi, there could be a chance of traffic problem too. Therefore, maybe 1.5 hour would be safer. Also, do collect the paper tickets out for all trips in advance in HK. Otherwise, even 1.5 hours is not enough.
