I just want to thank TCG for the perfect service provided. The communication was great, they kept us informed about updates related to our train tickets. When we got to our hotel in Beijing the tickets were already there so they got delivered to our room immediately. You can tell they make a great effort trying to get the seats or sleepers requested by the customer. We got perfect train accomodations although they did warned that this doesnt happened every time. In general they made our trip way easier. I must admit i was a little afraid to have a company get our tickets, but now they have gained my trust for future trips to China. I highly recommend their services....More

Booking experience was excellent! My train ticket was waiting for me when I checked into my Beijing hotel. The train journey was very comfortable. There was not a lot of space in the Beijing West waiting room, but it was okay.

Ive got what i was promissed, so ten points to you guys. What a great easy hassle free service! When i got to hotel i thought to myself" this is gonna be interesting". Reception was a mess, ive asked about tickets, they didnt know anything. Then out of nowhere a envelope showed up! The train itself was ok. However i dont know who invented the term soft sleeper, not soft at all haha. Took train beijing st petersburg 20 years ago and that was more comfortable. So i give you guys ten out of ten as you have no control over trains and hotel i booked! You deliver a great service, and if any one asks i point them in your direction....More
