My flight delayed, and I missed my train. I thought I need to buy new ticket. Since I do not have Union Pay card and enough cash. I cannot buy ticket at train station. I submitted the online booking on TravelChinaGuide and paid for the tickets. Shortly, the staff called me and told me there was no need to buy new ticket and I can change the ticket to the next available train for free and they would refund me full payment. Finally I changed the ticket and took the train.

I used Travel China Guide for booking train tickets. The service was excellent - quick communications, efficient service. The guide to exchanged paper train ticket is invaluable for the first time traveler. If you are moving between the major cities, I recommend the train service. First class tickets are excellent value when compared to train services in the UK and the trains are extremely fast, comfortable and efficient.
