The overall booking procedure was great. The website was very easy to navigate and clearly lists all the available trains. Customer service and follow up after booking was excellent. It is very important and convenient for international travelers to be able to have tickets mailed to the hotel.

I am travelling China with four other friends. I found your website very easy to use and wishes I had booked all our air travel with you. I only booked one flight and one train travel but it was the best experience because of the quick responses and good support I received with my questions. The train tickets were waiting for us at our Beijing hotel and our air tickets attached to an email. So easy and comforting. Please be aware that I will always use Travel China Guide for my future travel needs in China....More

The booking you did for us was very helpful. The only slight problem we had was finding the ticket office at Beijing station after the taxi dropped us off. Fortunately a local who spoke english was able to help us. The train journey itself was great. Thanks for all your help.

No issues at all. Emails were replied on time and could be understood. It is as per your instructions so I followed. Best to really come by any train stations to collect your tickets the day before if you have not collected all tickets at the first station in the journey. Will make you more assured instead of rushing for the tickets on the actual day.

Your service was amazing and the infos in your site are the main thing that allowed me to travel in China. The emails were friendly, answer fast!
The train is amazing, fast and comfortable, I enjoyed a lot.. really comfortable. It was a bit odd see the bed sheets were used. Also in my journey back the cabin was closed and I had to ask for train employe to unlock the door. The guy locked in and did not open when I tried to get in.
When I read abou the train I have choosen the 1st class, because I did no want what was called hard seat. But in fact it is really comfortable seat.
The cabin however is comfortable, it was great be able to sleep. However if the train is full it may be hard to share with other 3 people. They can even smoke in the cabin. So, a seat may be a reasonable choice. If you choose the cabin, select lower beds!
A good tip. One station had a tea room to wait for the train. It is not expensive and you avoid the crowds! They had even a separate access to the plataform. No one speaks english! Be prepared accordingly.
