Beijing Railway Station is about 2.5 miles (4 kilometers) from Tiananmen Square, 5.6 miles (9 kilometers) from South Station, 6.8 miles (11 kilometers) from North Station, 8 miles (13 kilometers) from West Station,16.8 miles (27 kilometers) from Capital International Airport and 31 miles (50 kilometers) from Daxing International Airport.

Passengers should find where they should go to have their tickets checked. The ticket booking information will tell the number of the checkpoints. Remember that overseas passengers need to go through the manual check channel with their passport. Paper ticket is not required anymore as China has adopted e-ticket thoroughly.
 Upon arrival, passengers will get off at the platform on 1F. After, follow the direction boards to get out of the station, then follow the boards to find buses, subway, and taxis to leave the station.

There are 5 bus stops in front of the front square and passengers can find them on the west and east. The airport shuttle bus is on the east side, beside Beijing Railway Station East Street Bus Park. The subway exit and entrance and taxi stands can be easily found on the front square. There is also a pick-up point near the overpass in front of the square, and a direction board will lead passengers to it.

 Tiananmen Square
1. Take subway line 2 to Qianmen, get out through Exit C and then walk northward to get there. After visiting the square, one can keep walking northward to reach the Forbidden City or go southward to Qianmen Street.
2. Take bus no. 9 on the east of the station square to Qianmen east, and then walk to the square. 

 Badaling Great Wall
1. Take the subway line 2 to Gulou Street, transfer to line 8 and get off at Beitucheng station. Get out from Exit F and walk to Beitucheng bus stop to take bus 919.
2. Take subway line 2 to Xizhimen, transfer to line 13 to Qinghe Railway Station, and then take a high speed train there to Badaling.

 West Railway Station:
1. Take subway line 2 to Changchun Street station, and Exit A2 out. Walk to West Changchun Street Intersection to take city bus No.9. It takes about 40 minutes in total.
2. Take bus no. 9 and get off at West Railway Station with a duration of about 56 minutes.

 South Railway Station
 Take subway line 2 to Xuanwumen, and then change to line 4 to get there.

 East Station
Take subway line 2 to Jianguomen first and then change to line 1 to Dawanglu. After, walk about 1.5km (0.9 miles) southeastward to get there.

 Capital International Airport
Take subway line 2 to Dongzhimen, and then change to Airport Express Line to the airport.

 Daxing International Airport
1. Take subway line 2 to Jishuitan, transfer to line 19 to Caoqiao, and take Daxing Airport Express line to the airport.
2. Take Daxing Airport Shuttle Bus on the east side to the airport.

 Ticket Office: The ticket hall is located in the west of the terminal building, equipped with special windows for ticket purchase, changing, refund, etc. On two sides of the railway exit, there are also ticket windows for passengers' convenience. 

 Waiting Hall:
Four regular waiting rooms, two soft-seat waiting rooms, a bullet train waiting room, and an international waiting room can be found inside the station. Passengers should read their ticket booking information carefully and go to the correct waiting room. English service is provided in the international waiting room, soft seat waiting room and the central ticket checking hall. Besides, escalators, elevators, toilets, supermarkets, electronic storage cabinets, restaurants, coffee house, free drinking water, and direction boards showing locations, etc are all available here for passengers’ convenience.

 LED screens: LED screens can be found in the station showing the departure time, checkpoints, boarding platforms and arrival times, exits on 1F and 2F.

 Left Luggage:
Left luggage service is provided close to the ticket office at the west side of the station. Electronic storage cabinets are available at the Exit C of its subway station. In addition, the front square also has a deposit center where luggage needs to be checked before depositing. It usually charges based on the number of luggage and storage time.

 Inquiry Center：
The inquiry center is on the second floor, where passengers can ask for help with departures, boarding, and ticket issues, etc.
