Harbin Railway Station

Harbin Railway Station is located in the city center, about 9 kilometers (5.6 miles) from East Railway Station, 11 kilometers (6.8 miles) from West Railway Station, 9.5 kilometers (6 miles) from Ice and Snow World, and 38 kilometers (24 miles) from Harbin Airport.

The station mainly operates normal trains to/from Beijing, Guangzhou, Xian, Shenzhen, Hangzhou, Chengdu, Nanjing, Shijiazhuang, Shenyang, etc. and some bullet trains from/to Beijing, Tianjin, Shijiazhuang, Zhengzhou, Changchun, Shenyang, Mudanjiang, Dalian and more.

International train K19/20 of Beijing – Moscow also had a stop here, but they are still in suspension now.

Waiting Hall

Harbin Train Station has a North Terminal Building and a South Terminal Building, which are connected with each other inside.  Passengers can enter the station from either of them.

 3F: commercial zone
 2F: waiting hall, check points, drinking water
 1F: platforms, entrance, ticket office, information service, police, passenger transport office, security check area
 -1F: entrance, taxi stands
 -2F: arrival hall, pay-upon-arrival ticket office, exit, police

Besides, both toilets and accessible elevators can be found on each floor for passengers’ convenience.
 

 By subway line 2
After getting off the subway train, leave from Exit 4, and then you will get to Harbin Railway Station. All exits are set on the South Square.

 By bus:
North Square bus stop: 101, 103, 207, 2, 32, 383, 388, 64, 85, 94, S2
Harbin Railway Station bus stop: 101, 103, 107, 108, 109, 110, 111, 115, 11, 120, 127, 133, 13, 14, 16, 21, 267. Passengers will arrive at the south square if getting off at this stop.

 By taxi:
Passengers will be dropped off at the north square if arriving by taxi.

 By long-distance bus:
If arriving by long-distance bus, passengers will get off opposite Harbin Railway Station. This long-distance bus station operates buses to/from the cities including Qiqihar, Jiamusi, Daqing, Jixi, and Hegang.
 

 West Railway Station
Take subway line 2 to People's Square station and then change to line 3 to the West Station.

 East Railway Station
1. Take subway line 2 to Museum station, where passengers can take line 1 to the East Station.
2. Or they can walk 1.1 kilometers (0.68 miles) to Museum station to take subway line 1 to get there directly.

 Ice and Snow World
Take subway line 2 to get there directly.

 Harbin Airport
Passengers can take airport shuttle bus Harbin Station line to the airport directly. Duration is about an hour and ticket fare is CNY 20 per person. The bus is available between 03:40 and 21:30 every 20 minutes.

Self-service Luggage Lockers

 Ticket Office:
Ticket office can be found on 1F and 2F of the terminal building, where automatic ticketing machines and manual ticket windows are in service, respectively.

 Waiting Hall:
The waiting hall is located on the second floor. More than 1,000 seats are provided there for passengers to wait for departure. In the west side of 2F, passengers can see automatic ticket checking machines and manual check channels. Hot drinking water and toilets can be easily found inside waiting hall. Besides the ordinary waiting area, the station also sets up waiting area for passengers in need and soldiers. Business class lounge is also available.

 Information Service
Information desk can be seen in the waiting hall, where passengers can inquire about train information, claim the lost items, and ask for direction. 

 Left Luggage:
Self-service luggage lockers are available along the two sides of the waiting hall.
