Changchun to Harbin

How can I get to the train station from Nanhu park using DIdi. Is it Changchun west train station or Changchun Railway Station. The ticket was booked and sent to me. Train Z157 Changchun to Harbin

Train Z157 departs from Changchun Railway Station. You can use Didi from the park to Changchun Railway Station. Or you may walk to Gongnong Square from the park and take metro line 1 to reach the station.

Train ticket would begin for sale 30 days within departure date, so the sale date should be around Sep 21. Your travel date is around the New Year Rush time and also the peak season for Harbin route, the tickets would be under great demands. You may consider to submit a booking request online a little bit earlier than 30 days, so we can try for your tickets at the sale moment.

Harbin Taiping International Airport

Hi, my flight will arrive at about 23.35, is there any place to stay overnight at the airport till morning (only for a few hours)?

I think the arrival hall should open 24 hours. Or you can use a hotel nearby. There are hotels near the airport or even inside, like "Airport Hotel" there.

What is the difference between D and G trains? Which one is high speed train?

Hi, both of them are high speed types. From my research, G type can run at top speed of 350km/h but D only reach 250km/h. They are mainly distinguished by speed. For this short trip, this difference did not make a big difference however. Well, a good point it that I see the ticket price is cheaper on D type, if you are looking for this Harbin to Changchun trip. I will choose D type for this trip.

How long it takes to go from Changchun West to Changchun Station?

I will need to continue the trip to Hunchun. How long it takes in total to change the train?

It takes around 30min by metro service. You can take metro line 2 to Jiefangqiao and then change to light rail line 3 to the main station. It would be better if you can prepare about 1.5 hours between this two trips.
