Changchun Railway Station
As an important transportation hub in northeast China and one of the largest railway stations in Jilin Province, Changchun Railway Station has a history of over 100 years. This station is about 3.5 kilometers (2 miles) from the Museum of Museum of the Imperial Palace of Manchukuo, 16 kilometers (10 miles) from Changchun West Railway Station, and 40 kilometers (25 miles) from Longjia International Airport.

Covering an area of 270,000 square meters (322,920 square yards), the station consists of a five-storey terminal building, south square and north square. The 5-storey terminal building is divided into south and terminal buildings at two sides and the two terminals are connected by an elevated lobby.

Arrival by subway: line 1, line 3, line 4
If taking subway line 1 or lin4, passengers will arrive at the north square; by line 3, they will arrive at the south square.

Passengers arriving by bus will get off at the north or south side of the station.

Arriving by long-distance bus
To the west side of North Square, passengers can find Kaixuan Coach Station where passengers can find long-distance buses to/from Harbin, Daqing, Tongliao. Huaide, Jinggang, Songyuan, Chifeng, Tongyu,and Changling etc.
Museum of Imperial Palace of Manchu Stat
Take subway line 4 and get off at Weihuanggong, exit A. After, walk about 530 meters (580 yards) southwestward to the museum.
Changchun West Railway Station:
Take subway line 3 to Kuanping Dapiao first and then change to bus no.55 to the West Station.
Longjia International Airport
Take a train to Longjia Railway Station, which is available daily between 07:02 and 20:25. Duration is 14 minutes. It costs CNY10.5 per person for a first class seat and CNY8.5 for a second class seat. Upon arrival, walk about 350 meters (380 yards) northward to the airport.
Ticket Office
There are two ticket offices at the north and south sides of the first floor. Passengers can purchase, refund or change tickets there. Barrier-free ticket windows are also available for the disabled. Pay upon arrival ticket counter can be found at the east side of the north exit on -1F. Inside ticket office no. 1 at the north side, passengers can change or purchase tickets at ticket window no. 81 and no. 82. At the north and south sides of the third floor, passengers can also find the urgent ticket offices.
Waiting Hall
Usually, passengers should go to the third floor to wait for departure. Most of the waiting areas serve the ordinary ticket holders and those who hold VIP tickets or business class seat tickets can go to the special waiting area near the A10 checking point. Another waiting area for business class seat holders is set up at the south side of the second floor. Hot drinking water is provided on each floor.
12306 Chunzhiyue Loving Service Station
Located between checking points A7-A9 and B6-B9 inside the waiting hall on 3F, 12306 Chunzhiyue Service Desk provides inquiry services and other assistances such as lost and found, helping the disabled, elder, sick or pregnant. This service station provides wheelchairs, stretchers, prior reservations, independent ticket checking, and entry in advance service, too.
Reserved Waiting Room
This office consists of two parts. One part is a special waiting room for the elder, weak, sick, disabled and pregnant. For the disabled passengers, this office will provide wheelchairs and volunteer will send them onto the train. Another part is a nursery room for mothers with babies.
Cell Phone Charge Station
There are two cell phone charge stations respectively between checking point A7 and A9, and between checking point B6 and B9.
Left Luggage
There are two 24-hour left luggage offices at the east and west sides on 1F inside the south terminal building. At the east side of the north terminal building, passengers can find another left luggage office.
