Notes: 1. Peak Day: Apr. 28~30, 2011; May 1~3, 2011; Dragon Boat Festival (3 days); Mid-Autumn Festival (3 days); National Day Holiday (Oct. 1~7, 2011); Oct. 20~22, 2011 2. Standard Day: the other 156 days except of the 22 Peak Days 3. Special Admission for handicapped, elders over 60, students and children under 1.2m is sold on the spot.

Designated Ticket Agents
The Expo tickets could be purchased in advance or on the spot at any designated outlets of China Telecom, China Post, Xi'an Line Community Charges Supermarket, Xinhua Bookstore and the Expo Licensed Products stores. Night tickets are only sold at the park on the spot and valid after 17:00 of the day.

Ticket Passport
For collecting interest, four types of Expo Ticket Passport have been issued to public at these designated ticket agents globally. Each of these passports does have its own number, allowing visitors to get seals from the 109 exhibition pavilions in the park and one at entrance gate. Information on all of the pavilions is encoded in the passport for visitors to get brief introduction conveniently by scanning them. On the other hand, green channels to enter into the park are opened to ticket passport holders.

Tourism Promotion
During Apr. 28th to Oct.22nd, 2011, visitors with valid Expo 2011 Tickets could enjoy some entrance fare discounts to visit the 144 designated attractions in 20 cities. The ones in Xi'an include:

What is the daily operating hours time ? Can i buy the ticket directly in the Expo entrance counter or do i need to buy in advance from the authorized agency ? Is there any limit to daily visitor entrance into the Expo ?
i will most probably reached Xi'an in the morning 9am 18-May (Wed), then leave my luggage in hotel and directly go to the Expo at about 10am & plan to buy the ticket directly at the Expo. Pls advice. Tq

The daily operating hours time is from 09:00 to 22:00, while the ticket sale time is from 09:00 to 20:00. You can buy it at the expo entrance counter.
