I am a Canadian working and living in Nanjing. TravelChinaGuide staff was very helpful and patient with questions about how to accomplish my arrangements on my first efforts to do so independently. Though I understand many people would hesitate to do so, arrangements and funds transfer through Bank of China was accommodated quickly and quite efficiently. An automatic confirmation of funds received would be helpful since it is difficult for westerners to access PayPal.. I will certainly use TravelChinaGuide to book future train or air travel within China. They offer a very good English language service and I recommend them.
It would be very helpful if you could make an arrangement with your bank so that you are automatically when payment is deposited to your account, and then you could more easily inform the client that funds have been processed, either manually or automatically.
Also, for westerners, it would be very reassuring if the funds were deposited to the name of the company rather than to the name of an individual person. It would also be helpful if the name on the bank receipt was in Pinyin, though I realize that may seem a strange request.

Many thanks to contact me once again for "Feedback" after I bought my Return Air Ticket CAN-FOC-CAN: 25 Aug 2012 CAN-FOC & 28 Aug 2012 FOC-CAN.
To be honest, I already evaluated my booking with TCG to "Grade A1" due to the utmost care which was given to me during my trip, not only from Travel China Guide BUT also from China Southern Airlines as well as.
So it is A MUST to pass my HOT THANKS for both of you, bearing in mind my friend that "Typhoon Storm" crossed Shanghai and the nearby provinces at the same time and really I felt afraid from "Flight delay" very much because I was in Fujian Province which is nearby to the storm area.
When I contacted TCG on 27 August one day before my departure in order to know what the position of CZ3650 to Guangzhou is，I got a very simple reply which caused to feel quiet and happy: DON'T FEEL WORRIED, WE HAVE YOUR CHINA MOBILE NO. & WE FOLLOW THE MATTER STRICTLY. There is no any change of "Departure time" until this moment and expecting your flight to take off in time as scheduled.
At the end, CZ3650 left Fuzhou to Guangzhou in time as scheduled and no any kind of failure at all either from Travel China Guide or from China Southern Airlines.
I HAVE TO REPEAT MY HOT THANKS TO BOTH PARTIES, I'M REALLY SO HAPPY.

Wonderful, the staff is very helpful, courteous and efficient. Also, the online information, Q&A on travel related matters are very useful to assist travelers. So far the online flight booking is only available for domestic travel. if there is an online system for international flight it will be even better and more convenient for travelers.
