When we made a tour of China in October to November 2012 we used your website to book all our domestic travel - train from Shanghai to Nanjing, and our flights from Nanjing to Xi'an, and then from Xi'an to Beijing. We were very impressed when you replied to us within a few hours when we made each of our bookings. As pre-arranged, you posted us our train tickets to our hotel in Shanghai without fail. When we were already in China we were very grateful that you informed us by email that the departure time from Xi'an to Beijing had been put forward, and thus we avoided missing it.
