You may also want to pack a sun-protective jacket or lightweight shirt, especially if you plan to go hiking or cycling.
Shoes: water shoes; or waterproof, non-slip, breathable, and lightweight sneakers
Other Necessities:
1. Sun protection items like sunscreen, wide-brimmed hats, and sunglasses are essential on sunny days.
2. Always carry an umbrella or raincoat to avoid getting caught in sudden showers.
3. Mosquitoes are prevalent this month, so bring mosquito repellent spray and anti-itch cream.

2. Carefully select your hotel. If possible, choose one equipped with dehumidifiers. If you fail to do so, opt for one with higher floors, where rooms tend to be less damp.
3. Schedule indoor activities for midday to avoid intense heat and prevent heatstroke.
4. Avoid overbooking your schedule, as you are likely to encounter sudden showers, when you may need to stop your visit temporarily.
5. For visitors interested in bamboo rafting: First, always monitor the weather forecast. After heavy rain - though it rarely happens this month - rafting may be suspended due to rising water levels. Second, you are more recommended to experience it in the early morning or after 16:00, when the temperature is more comfortable.
