3. Compared with summer holidays in June and July, January sees lighter crowds in Guangzhou. However, the city is a good place to escape the winter cold, like in northern China, so still, the number of visitors is not low. Therefore, we recommend booking hotels and flights in advance and avoiding weekends to enjoy a better travel experience. 

4. It’s always advisable to monitor the weather forecast at least one week earlier and prepare proper clothes, as cold air masses can make you suffer a lot.
