I am on a business trip in Nanjing and I have one day for sight seeing.
I want to use the metro. Do anybody now, if there is a ticket available to use the metro one day (24hrs)? Or do I need to buy for each trip a separate ticket?

Sorry to tell you no subway is available, instead, you can take Bus 10/12/21/54 to Xingzhongmen. And then walk west along Jiangning Rd for 3 minutes to your destination.

If you are staying in Xinjiekou, you can take the subway line 2 to Hanzhongmen first, and then leave from Exit2. Walk waest for 3 minutes to Huju Rd, Hanzhongmen Bus Station, where you can take Bus 221.
If you are staying in Xuanwumen, take Subway line 1 to Railway Station and leave from Exit 1. Then walk north along Longpan Rd for 8 minutes to Longpan Rd, NJ Station West Bus Stop to take Bus 10.
Have a nice trip!

Well, you are suggested to take Shuttle Bus line 1 to NJ Station, after you get there, you can take a taxi to your hotel, and it takes CNY20 by bus, CNY30-40 by taxi.

Are stored value cards available for Shenzhen metro?
Do they work with buses also? Are senior rates? We are senior citizens visiting the city for a week. Where can we get the cards?

Actually, it’s transportation that is available. You can use it in bus, metro and lots of shops. You can buy the cards from subway stations.

Sorry to tell you that metro line S3 doesn't serve the public now. The Fuqiao Station you mentioned is on the line 3. However, according to the timetable on the official website, the opening hours of Fuqiao Station is around 06:30 to 23:30. Thus, just take a taxi to the airport directly in that early morning. :)
