It seems there is no bus available between the airport and Shenzhen. The best way is to take Metro Line 3 from the airport to Guangzhou East Railway Station first, which takes about 40 minutes and then take a high speed train from there to Shenzhen, and the duration is about 1-2 hours.

Guangzhou north vs south
My friend recently traveled to Baiyun airport from GZ north railway station. He had a very bad experience over there. He had some baggage and there was no any lifts or escalators to go up.
How about south railway station?
Thanks

As I know, there are lifts and escalators in the South Railway Station.
