Several excellent employees were given a chance to Yunnan, a region inhabited by an overwhelming majority of ethnic minorities. It took around 35 hours on the train, so they were totally exhausted when they arrived. However, they couldn’t wait to begin their sightseeing after a short rest at the hotel. As they had made a careful work for the vacation in advance, their visit went very smoothly. They didn’t only visit all of the top attractions in Kunming such as Stone Forest, Dianchi Lake & Grand View Park (Daguan Park), but also had a side trip to Dali and Lijiang.

For tourists who have plan for a tour to Yunnan, welcome to use our service! We guarantee that you will have an enjoyable trip and every cent you spend is worthwhile.

Incentive Tour to Shanghai and Suzhou

Published: December 8, 2004

At the end of the year, a small group of staff who made outstanding contributions to our company were awarded with a 6-day tour to Shanghai, the largest metropolis in China, and Suzhou, a wonderful garden city near Shanghai. Due to the needs of enriching the content of the website, they were also asked to take some pictures of the major attractions and collect some practical information in regards to our customers’ queries and needs. Maybe out of occupational habit, they actually brought back much more useful materials than required from the trip.

TravelChinaGuide appreciates each of our excellent and hardworking staff at all times, and always offers various fringe benefits in return, including incentive trips, festival gifts, clothing allowance, birthday party, etc.

Staff Training Trip to Beijing

Published: November 19, 2004

Under the leadership of our general manager, a group of TravelChinaGuide’s staff had a training trip to the capital city Beijing in the past week. Through an overnight train, they arrived at Beijing West Railway Station in the morning, and were transferred to the reserved hotel by a cooperated local travel agency. After the check-in and lunch, they spent the left of the day freely. During the following five days, they strictly followed what we designed for our guests to have a personal experience of how our arrangements worked.

Through this trip, they found out much that we have to improve in our original Beijing tours. At the same time, they also established relationships with several other hotels and restaurants.

Investigation Trip to Tibet

Published: August 7, 2004

The department managers had an investigation tour to Tibet one week ago to get some first-hand experience for the improvement of our Tibet tours. Due to the less developed public transport, they hired a car through a cooperated travel agency, and investigated all of the scenic spots we recommended in our products as well as our partner hotels and restaurants. Besides Lhasa, they also made a further exploration to Shannan, Nakchu and Shigatse to prepare for the extensive itineraries to these areas.

Being a leading China tour operator, we are always bending our efforts to provide our customers the latest and truest information. Each of the itineraries on our website was based on our personal experience and carefully designed.

TravelChinaGuide’s Company Trip to Xi'an Taiping National Forest Park

Published: July 21, 2004

To escape the summer heat, our company organized another two-day summer vacation to Xi'an Taiping National Forest Park in the Qinling Mountains in middle July. We got together and had lunch at a restaurant near our office at noon on Saturday, and then headed for our destination by bus. On arrival, we were given some free time to have a rest or wander around after check in at the hotel there. In the evening, a self-service barbecue party was held on an open square. Our talented staff put forward many performances for entertainment. On the next day, we were divided into small groups to have a short hiking trip in the mountains around before returning.
