Weifang North Railway Station

Weifang North Railway Station is an important station in Qingdao – Jinan railway line. It is located in the north of downtown Weifang, about 20 kilometers (12.5 miles) from city center and Weifang Railway Station, about 27 kilometers (17 miles) from Weifang Airport, about 140 kilometers (87 miles) from Mount Yi.

The designers of Weifang North Railway Station are inspired by the traditional eagle kite and the terminal building resembles a dynamic eagle spreading its powerful wings, so it can be easily recognized by passengers. What’s more, passengers may also be amazed by the two kites in waiting hall, which are more than 40 meters (44 yards) long and in the shape of a centipede with a dragon’s head.

The terminal building has four storeys with 7 platforms and 20 tracks. The facilities inside are as follows:
1 F: Ticket Office, Entrance
2 F: Ticket Office, Entrance, Security Check, Waiting Hall, Platforms
 - 1 F: Transfer floor of high speed train and subway train
- 2 F: Subway which is scheduled to be completed by 2022
 

Passengers can take Bus No. 106, 25/K25, 43, 58, 98 and Night Bus Line 111 to the station.
 

1.    Take bus No.98 to Beihai Road Fushou Street South bus stop and then take Bus 30/K30 or No. 106 to Weifang Railway Station, then walk southwest for 150 meters (165 yards) to the place.
2.    Passengers can take a taxi for CNY45, and it needs about 40 minutes.
 

To Mount Yi:
Passengers can get to Weifang General Bus Station at first following the transportation instruction above and then take a coach to Yi Mount and the ticket fare is about CNY 23; it will take more than 2 hours. The last bus leaves at 16:40.

To Yunmen Mountain:
Passengers can go to Weifang General Bus Station to take a coach to Qingzhou General Bus Station, and there are two options to you for the rest journey:
1.    Take bus Qingzhou K18 at General Bus Station (Yaowangshan East Road) to Tourist Service Center bus stop, then walk southward to take Qingzhou Tourist Line and get off at Yunmen Mountain. It costs CNY7.
2.    You can take a taxi, it costs CNY25 within 25 minutes.
