Located in the north of Guangzhou City, Baiyun District is with convenient transportation. Travelers can choose to take a flight to Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport first, and then take airport bus line 1 to Baiyun District. Taking trains to Guangzhou North Railway Station is another choice, because it is very close to Baiyun District. There are also many bus stations almost extending to all directions including Luochongwei Bus Station, Guangyuan Bus Station, Xiamao Bus Station and other stations.

Within the city area, a variety of transportation options can be chosen. Metro Line 2 and Line 3 are in service. Many bus lines are in service every day. The taxi charges CNY 12 for the first 3 km and CNY 2.6/km for subsequent distance. It costs CNY80-100 from Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport and CNY 90-100 from Guangzhou North Railway Station to the central district.
