Hello, I am Candy, a travel consultant from TravelChinaGuide’s Booking Center. Maybe you’d like to know more about me.

I was born in Baoji, and I live in Xi'an now. My travels have taken me to Shanghai, Hangzhou, Dali, Lijiang, Chongqing and other places in the last few years, which not only broadened my horizon, but also allowed me to unwind after studying and working for a long time.
I love listening to music, but I am no good as a singer as for some reason I cannot hold a tune. Because of this, my friends always make fun of me. However, I do not mind, what if I do sing off key!

I graduated from Xiangtan University, which is located in Hunan, the hometown of Chairman Mao. The iconic gate with its magnificent Three Arches amazed me when I first arrived at school. It stands tall and solemn beneath the sky, as though it does not fear anything. Every time I went by, I shouted things I wanted to say, and then listened to the echoes, which excited me for it was as if there was another girl on the other side just like me. Four years of school living far from my home taught me how to be an independent, determined and hard-working girl.

I am pleased to be a team member of TravelChinaGuide, a leading travel agency operating since 1998. I have been here for over a year now and have completely fallen in love with this big family. Hard-working and responsible to their clients - these are the two outstanding characteristics of my colleagues who have influenced me greatly. Let me tell you something as an example.

It is well known that the Spring Festival is the most important festival in China. Everyone who has come to work in the cities will want to go back home for the festival. Therefore, there is no doubt that all tickets will be in great demand, whether they be for train, flight or bus. One day prior to the festival, we were unable to get tickets for one of my clients although we had tried to book them as soon as they went on sale. Needless to say, he was frustrated, very disappointed and not accepting to our explanation, said that all he wanted was the tickets.

We fully understood how bad the situation was for him, as we always think how things would be if we were caught in a similar situation. What would we do if we could not get the tickets we wanted? We tried to find other solutions to solve the problem and even called the railway bureau. Undaunted, we kept checking the availability of tickets time and time again on a daily basis. No pain no gain! Eventually, we were successful in reserving them for him. Problem sorted and another happy client who was able to travel on time.

This is our attitude on behalf of all our clients. You can always trust us to try our best to meet the needs of every client. As for me, I’ll continue to improve my skills to fulfill our slogan of 'We are working for your smiles'! Please do not hesitate to contact us if there is anything we can do to facilitate your China tour.
