Dandong Train Schedule

In Dandong, only Dandong Railway Station is frequently used by passengers.

It is China’s closest railway station to North Korea and operates international train K27 to Pyongyang of North Korea. The railway station also handles domestic high speed trains and normal speed trains. Through high speed trains, the railway station is linked with Beijing, Shanghai, Shenyang, Dalian, Harbin, Jilin, Shanhaiguan, Yanji, etc. Through normal speed trains, the railway station is connected with Beijing, Shenyang, Harbin, Qiqihar, Jinzhou, Tonghua, Shanhaiguan and so on.

There is one pair of Dandong - Pyongyang trains running on a daily basis, with the single trip travel time about 7 hours. From Dandong China to Pyongyang North Korea, the train departs at 10:00 Beijing Time and arrives at 18:07 Pyongyang time; for opposite trip, the departure time from Pyongyang Station is 10:26 and arrival time at Dandong Station is 16:23.

Being operated four times a week, the Beijing - Pyongyang trains have a stop at Dandong, where passengers can also get onboard for the international trip.
