Where is the nearest smart card center from which i can buy IC card Z type?
I understand from research that the Z card is a good card for tourist to use for metro, bus, bicycle etc. However, am I right to say that Z card is not available for purchase at Hangzhou East metro station? So I will have to use cash for this first metro ride?
Furthermore, am I right to say that there is a need to pay CNY25 maintenance fee (nonrefundable) for each Z card and there is a specific place to do the refund?
If so, then I feel that it is rather troublesome to get the Z card and I should stick to using cash for public transport?
Thank you. :)
