To confirm a booking, full payment is required. We accept payment mostly by PayPal (credit cards via PayPal), and then Western Union and China domestic bank transfer. We will keep checking the ticket status. Once we receive your payment, we will issue the tickets immediately and inform you without delay.
Cancellation & Refund
Train tickets:
  • FREE change and cancellation before payment.
  • FREE change and cancellation before ticket is issued.
  • FREE change after the ticket is issued but before delivery or collection.
    -- If the price of the new ticket is lower than that of the original one, 20% of the change fee for the differential section will be deducted from the refund.
    -- China Railway Cooperation allows one-time change. Second time change is regarded as CANCELLATION.
  • Cancellation after the ticket is issued but before delivery or collection:
    The cancellation fee is 20% of the ticket par value, and the service charge is non-refundable.
  • After the ticket is collected or delivered, change and cancellation can only be made at railway stations. Passengers need to take the paper tickets and all passports to the ticket window and do the change or cancellation by themselves.
    -- For the self-collected ticket, China Railway Corporation will only offer you the receipts and the money will be returned to our account. Please provide us the receipts via email and then we will refund the same amount in accordance with the receipt to you.
    -- For the delivered ticket, you will get refund in cash directly at the station in local currency.

Flight tickets:
  • Free changes or cancellations before payment.
  • Free changes before tickets are issued, but the price difference caused will be on the client’s side.
  • Cancellations incur a USD10 handling charge per ticket before the tickets are issued.
  • After the tickets are issued, any change or cancellation on the confirmed bookings is subject to airline’s changes & cancellation policies. A handling fee of USD10 per ticket will be charged for this application.

Train tickets are assigned and issued randomly and if the tickets are assigned far away or in a different carriage, repeat the booking to make sure the group can be together. Sometimes, at busy periods, we are not able to group everyone in this way however.
