There is no direct means of transport to travel from Singapore to Dalian in northeast China presently. Passengers may fly to Shanghai or other cities in China first, then transfer to another flight to Dalian. From Singapore to a China city, it takes 4-5 hours in general, and the connecting flight would take 2-4 hours.

People with Singaporean passport could visit China without a China visa for at most 15 days. However, if you want to stay longer, you need to apply a China visa in advance.
