We were very satisfied with these arrangements, the guides’ explanations and the classic scenic spots covered in our itineraries. The arrangements were reasonable, the explanations were detailed and clear. Actually, the guides were very professional and their explanations could easily attract our attention! We really enjoyed our China tours a lot!!!

We were absolutely satisfied with our China tour! We had been expecting to go to Xi’an for a long time and our dream came true finally! We were so excited though the weather was hot during that time. The guide Lily was warm-hearted and enthusiastic! She gave us lots of assistance on the whole trip! I would give her five-star praises! Of course, we took many beautiful photos and I wanted to freeze the wonderful scenery in my photos! In short, we thought it was an excellent trip!

All three guides were excellent. They all spoke English well. They were well informed and willing to get more details for us when questions came up. Linda in Beijing and Alan in Shanghai were very accommodating of last minute requests - Tracy in Xi'an was also good but we were there such a short time we did not have time for any last minute requests! Alan in Shanghai made last minute arrangements for us to see the acrobatic show as well as take the high speed train to the airport. Alan also arranged for us to have an appointment with a tailor. The cars were great and drivers very gracious. Everyone was very anxious that we had an enjoyable and educational experience. The only meal we did not think was up to your standards was the lunch we had in Shanghai. The meal was not as tasty as the other ones. I do not recall the name of the place. Otherwise we were very happy. ... More

I wanted to thank the whole team for such an amazing experience. What I loved about all the tourist guides is that they allowed me to blend more into their culture. More like relating with local people in general than approach myself as another tourist. I loved the itinerary, amazing things to discover and see.

Thanks for giving a prompt response to all my concerns and last minute communications.

We both loved the tour and would highly recommend it to our friends. There is no doubt that if we travel to China again in the future, we will be delighted to choose this company. We provided feedback to each of our guides on the individual stages of our tour.

    1. our highest praise to the guides, and
    2. their high standard of English language and
    3. excellent knowledge of the various sites we visited.

Our guides Cindy in Beijing, Phoebe in Xian and Jandy in Shanghai were all fantastic. They all looked after us very well and made sure we were enjoying everything.

All the drivers were most helpful and courteous and did a great job of negotiating through the busy traffic, driving safely. The cars were always clean with bottled water provided.

We loved their itinerary, there were so many highlights, too many for me to write about now. Suffice to say, we loved their program in Beijing, Xian and Shanghai. For us it would be best to add perhaps another 2 days in Shanghai, so that we can visit the water towns (Hangzhou/Suzhou) and have some spare time to enjoy shopping in Nanjing Road. We think that would be worthwhile addition to the program.

Linda (our travel consultant) offered us very efficient services. She was always very quick to respond to any queries that we had and that gave us great confidence in the company. Indeed, that confidence turned into reality with a highly organised, professional tour which would rate as one of the best tours we have ever undertaken.

Thanks once again for providing us with an experience of a lifetime

I will simply say we were taken very good care by the agent anywhere we went. First, I would like to appreciate our hospitable consultant Selina who took very good care of us from booking this trip. The guides and the drivers were excellent and did not have any issues about the language as the guide took care of us in all places. In fact, I do not have anything to complain about our whole journey as it went so smoothly like silk. We will remember the birthdays Selina shared with both of us specially on the Nov. 14th in Xian. She made it such a great event and we were pleasantly surprised on that evening in Xian. We thank the staff at TCG very much once again for their kind help and service which made our trip very memorable and would recommend to our friends to use their service. Thanks a lot once again for all the good work which made our life very comfortable in China.

PS: Thanks for the picture and the memorable moment in Xian on the 14th Nov. Hotels and food were good, no complain. All the guides were good and helpful including the drivers.
