Wuhan Metro Line 4

Crossing the Yangtze River, Wuhan metro line 4 shuttles between Bailing in the west and the Wuhan Railway Station in the east and runs through the busy Wuguang Commercial Zone, Tourism Distributing Center, and Donghu New Town Development Zone. The line has 37 stations with a total length of about 50 kilometers (31 miles). A whole single trip takes about 1.5 hours and costs CNY 9.

Line 4 is regarded as a tourist metro in the city: Chu River Han Street (Chuhe Hanjie) and Hongshan Square stations are named after the attractions. The Yangtze River Bridge, Shahu Park, Guiyuan Buddhist Temple, Heptachord Terrace, Yuehu Park, East Lake Scenic Area, and Yellow Crane Tower are within walking distances to subway stations of this line.
