Do you mean check in the luggage? I haven't heard about it before. Actually, China railway staff does not weigh the luggage and you can take them all onboard as long as there are not prohibited itmes inside.

If they think you cannot take them all onboard (I have traveled quite a few times by train in China and this never happened), they will tell you where to check in the luggage. In case you need to check in the luggage, go to the railway stations 2-3 hours before departure.

Inside the train, you can put your luggage on the luggage shelves above the seat or in the luggage cabin between two carriages.

There is no direct bus from the airport to Taixing. However, you can take a long-distance coach from Pudong Long-distance East Coach Station. The bus departs at 06:20, 07:50, 12:21, and 14:00. It takes about 3.5 hours to reach Taixing and costs CNY 85 per person.

From the Pudong Airport to the coach station, you can take Metro Line 2 to Longyang Rd. Station and then transfer to Metro Line 7 to Yuntai Rd. Station. Get out of the Exit 3 and walk about 500m to the Coach Station. The whole metro journey takes about 1.5 hours.

They are not only different stations but totally different city. The schedule refers to the city in Zhejiang Province. There is no direct rail to the one in Jiangsu Province. You need to check which one is your destination. If you plan to go to the one in Jiangsu, you may need a bus instead or go to Nanjing first and then to Taizhou in Jiangsu.
