Tai’an Train Schedule & Stations

There are two railway stations in the city:

Served as an important station along Beijing-Shanghai High Speed Railway, Tai'an Railway Station only operates bullet trains to/from major cities, like Beijing, Shanghai, Nanjing, Hangzhou, Jinan and Shenyang.

Taishan Railway Station mainly operates ordinary trains to/from Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Qingdao, Harbin, Chongqing and Kunming, etc.

Tai'an Railway Station

Address:  West of Lingshan Avenue, Daiyue District

Tai'an Train Station is about 9 miles (14 kilometers) from Mount Taishan, 6 miles (10 kilometers) from Dai Temple, and 28 miles (45 kilometers) from Culaishan National Forest Park.

Passengers can take buses no. 17, 18, 27, 34, 37, 38, 44 or tourism buses no. 61, 62 and 63 from Front Square of the station to the downtown area and other places.

 Transportation to other places from the Station
 Mount Taishan:
Passengers can take bus no. 37 or tourism bus no. 61 to Hongmen, and then start climbing the mountain on foot. Or they can get off at Tianwai Village also by bus no. 37 as well as tourism bus no. 62, where they can change to a sightseeing bus to reach the middle part of the mountain.

 Dai Temple:
1. Take bus no.38 to Daiyue District Power Supply Bureau, and then walk along Tongtian Street for about 1,000 yards to get there.
2. Take bus no. K17, 27, K34, or 44 to Zhoudian Bridge, and then change to bus no.16 to the temple.

 Culaishan National Forest Park:
Take bus no. 38 to East Lake Park, change to bus no. K8 to Dongguan, then walk to the forest park.

Taishan Train Station:
Take bus no. K18, or K34 to get there.

Taishan Railway Station

Address: Longtan Road, Taishan District

It is located closer to city center, about 2 miles (3 kilometers) from Mount Taishan and 19 miles (30 kilometers) from Culaishan National Forest Park.

Bus stops can be found at the front square or Dongyue Avenue in front of the station. Buses available include 1, 3, 4, 5, 8, 9 (night line), 11 (west ring line), 11 (south ring line), 12, 13, 15, 16, 39 (East Ring Line), 39 (North Ring Line), 48 and 50. Passengers can take these buses to the downtown area or other places.

 Transportation to other places from the station
 Mount Taishan:
1Passengers can take bus no. 3, 37 or 39 (north ring line), and get off at Tianwai Village Station or Hongmen Station.

 Dai Temple:
Take bus no. 1, 13, or 39 (East Ring Line) to reach the temple directly.

 Culaishan National Forest Park:
Take bus no.39 (East Ring Line) to Ganshiqiao, and then walk about 400 yards to get there.
