Zhengzhou West Railway Station is about 25 kilometers (15.5 miles) from Zhengzhou Railway Station, 38 kilometers (23.6 miles) from East Railway Station, 60 kilometers (37 miles) from Xinzheng International Airport and 75 kilometers (46.6 miles) from Shaolin Temple.

West Railway Station consists of a two-storey terminal building and a front square. Covering an area of 200 square meters (240 square yards), the ticket office is located at the west side of the first floor. Passengers can purchase, refund or change tickets there. Covering an area of 1,600 square meters (1,900 square yards), the waiting hall is located at the east side of the first floor and it can accommodate 800 passengers at one time.

Passengers from Zhengzhou and Xingyang downtown areas can reach the West Station within 40 minutes and 20 minutes respectively.

Passengers will get off at the front square when arriving by bus.

  Zhengzhou Railway Station
1. Take bus no. 12 to get there.
2. Or take a bullet train to get there. Duration is about 15 minutes. A first class seat costs CNY17.5 per person and a second class seat costs CNY10.5.

 East Railway Station
1. Take bus no. 12 to Zhongyuanlu Daxueluxi and then walk about 370 meters (405 yards) eastward to Yixueyuan metro station where passengers can take subway line 1 to the East Station.
2. Take a high speed train to the East Station. Duration is 18 – 38 minutes. It costs CNY31 for a first class seat and CNY19.5 for a second class seat.

 Yellow River Scenic Area
Take bus no. 12 to Zhengzhou Railway Station where passengers can transfer to You16 to the Yellow River Scenic Area.

 Xinzheng Airport
Take bus no. 12 to Zhengzhou Train Station where passengers can take airport shuttle bus 2 or intercity high speed train to the airport.
 Close to city center, Zhengzhou Railway Station can be easily reached by subway line 1 and many city buses. Both normal and bullet trains to major domestic cities are operated here. This station is convenient for those living in urban area.

Located in east suburban district, East Railway Station mainly operates high speed trains. Subway line 1 and city buses here can take passengers to other stations and attraction sites easily.

Only operating high speed trains, West Station is a little far from Zhengzhou downtown area. Passengers living in Xingyang city can go there easily by city bus.
