Beijing Tourist Bus

While the Beijing Tour Dispatch Hub remains the prime option for most tourists booking bus trips to downtown and suburb attractions, dedicated Tongyou Tourist Bus Express Lines now provide direct access to major suburban draws like the Mutianyu Great Wall, Jinshanling Great Wall, and Gubei Water Town. These generally operate on weekends and holidays from around April to early November. In addition, dozens of frequent urban buses linking Beijing's headline sights double as budget tourist buses at much lower fares.

 Most Tongyou Bus lines can be booked in advance via the "Yilu Tongxing / Beijing Bus" App under the Tongyou Line section.
