Shenzhen Metro Line 10 (Bantian Line)

Shenzhen Metro Line 10, also called Bantian Line, connects Futian Port and Shuangyong Street from south to north within around 29 kilometers (18 miles) via 24 stations, improving the transportation condition of Longhua, Bantian and Pinghu Districts. The south end, Futian Checkpoint, is connected to the Border Inspection Building of Lok Ma Chau Port in Hong Kong, making Line 10 the first choice for tourists traveling between Futian in Shenzhen and Sheung Shui/ Yuen Long in Hong Kong.

The interval of Shenzhen subway line 10 during peaks hours is about 3 - 4 minutes and 6 - 10 minutes other time on working days. The whole journey takes CNY 7 and 60 minutes.

 1. Metro line 10 passengers can transfer to Line 11 at Gangxia North station to reach Shenzhen Airport and interchange to Line 4 at Futian Checkpoint station for Shenzhen North Railway Station.
2. Passengers transferring to Line 4 at Futian Checkpoint need to leave the station via Exit C and re-enter through Entrance B across the street, as there is no underground transfer passage available.

 Gangxia North station is the largest metro station in Asia. As a transfer hub, it covers a total area of about 224,119 square meters (2,412,396 square feet) with 20 entrances/exits. Now, Gangxia North has become a popular photo spot by its giant spiral mesh dome called Eye of Shenzhen. Meanwhile, the night view of Zhuoyue Business Center ablaze with light outside this station attracts a lot of tourists.

 This metro station is named after its proximity to Huawei Bantian Base, that is Huawei's headquarters. Its waiting hall covers a particularly large area, about twice of a regular metro station. An employee passageway leading to Huawei office area is set at Entrance/ Exit E, accessible only to internal staff on weekdays. To note that the headquaters of Huawei is not open for visits.
