Hi,
I can't thank enough for your help in reserving the sleeper tickets. My trip was designed in a way that the Soft Sleeper train ticket was crucial as I wanted to make sure that all 4 of us will be in the same compartment. This is not possible when booking on app as it books randomly and I didn't want to take that risk. I am extremely thankful for your help as it was a very difficult task. I wanted to take Soft Sleeper from Xining to Shanghai but since it became impossible, your agent recommended an out of the box suggestion to take a high speed train to Xi'an and then take Soft Sleeper from Xi'an to Shanghai. Initially it sounded unnecessary but then I realized that it was great idea. And I could see a bit of Xi'an as well. So, I agreed and we got the tickets of same compartment. I achieved my goal and my family absolutely loved the trip back home!

The online booking tool is very intuitive and works well. The confirmation email arrived very quickly and contained all relevant information. Both train stations were easy to navigate however when picking the physical ticket up from Beijing train station you have to follow the signs for Beijing North in the building regardless of your actual travel direction to get to the ticket office. The train was very clean and although almost entirely filled was remarkably quiet. Highly recommended service
