China Tour from Kuala Lumpur

There are direct flights available from Kuala Lumpur to Beijing. We will issue the tickets and confirm with you about the flight information in advance. You need to head to the airport by yourself.

After around a 6.5-hour flight, we will meet you at the Arrivals Hall of Beijing Airport and transfer you to the hotel for a three-night stay. Please have a good rest to restore your strength so that you can fully enjoy your China tour from Kuala Lumpur in the next few days.

Start your China tour form Malaysia at Tiananmen Square. Then, visit the Forbidden City, the well-known imperial palace featuring grand buildings, red walls and golden roofs. Around noon, enjoy an a la carte lunch with Beijing cuisine and famous Peking Roast Duck at a fancy restaurant.

After lunch, continue on to visit the Temple of Heaven which is the largest and highest sacrificial architectural complex in ancient China. Later, highlight the evening with an amazing Chinese Kung Fu Show at the Red Theatre.

Today's China tour from Kuala Lumpur will take you to the wondrous Mutianyu Great Wall to explore the grandeur of this world wonder. A round-trip cable car is included to save your strength for hiking on the wall. Also, we will prepare a toast with red wine on the wall to leave you a fantastic memory. Restaurants nearby are of low quality and do not meet our service standard, so we suggest you have a hearty breakfast or bring some fast food.

Go back to downtown Beijing in the afternoon. Then you will explore a famous traditional local market and enjoy some free time there. Finally, our guide will escort you back to the hotel.

This morning we will first visit the Summer Palace, the largest existing royal palace in China. Then, we will pass by the Olympic National Stadium, where we will have a short stay to take some photos. At noon, you will be entertained with an a la carte lunch at an elegant local restaurant.

After lunch, continue to visit Beijing Hutongs by rickshaw. An experience of trying your hand at Chinese Paper Cutting is arranged for you later. Late in the afternoon, you will be transferred to board the flight to Xi'an - the second destination of your China tour from Malaysia. Upon landing, your local guide will pick you up and take you to the hotel.

After breakfast, head to the Terracotta Army which is a collection of terracotta sculptures depicting the armies of Qin Shi Huang, the first Emperor of China. Around noon, go back to downtown Xi'an for an authentic home-cooked a la carte lunch with a local family. Additionally, it is a great opportunity to learn more about the tradition and culture of Chinese cuisine by trying to cook one or two Chinese foods with the host.

After lunch, visit the Xi'an Museum and the Small Wild Goose Pagoda which was used to store sutras 1,300 years ago. In the evening, appreciate the fascinating Tang Dynasty Music and Dance Show while enjoying a delicious Dumpling Dinner.

Today's China tour from Kuala Lumpur begins with a leisurely visit to the City Wall Park where you can observe locals' life. An uplifting experience of practicing Tai Chi which is good for the body and mind will be arranged for you there. Afterwards, ascend the City Wall. You can rent a bicycle to ride around the wall, but the rental fee is not included. Around noon, we will serve you an a la carte lunch at a fancy restaurant with delicious food and great atmosphere.

In the afternoon, our guide will see you off at the airport for your flight to Shanghai. Upon your arrival, our local guide will meet you and escort you to the hotel.

After breakfast, continue your China tour from Kuala Lumpur to the Shanghai Museum which specializes in displaying art works from ancient dynasties. Later, explore Yu Garden and its surrounding traditional bazaar. Yu Garden is well-known for the delicate buildings, exquisite layout and beautiful landscapes, which will leave a lasting impression on you. Around noon, an a la carte lunch will be served at a famous restaurant with nice Shanghai cuisine.

Discover the Former French Concession, a great place to learn Shanghai's colonial history and appreciate the unique beauty of the bustling city. Then, wander in the prosperous Bund area where a cruise on the Huangpu River has been arranged for you. Upon returning to the hotel, our guide will say bon voyage at the lobby.

Your China tour form Kuala Lumpur draws to a close today. Please head to the airport for your flight home by yourself as the hotel-airport transfer is not included in our price. You can book a taxi at the hotel reception prior to your departure. If you need any help, we are also glad to assist you with the transfer. Five direct flights on Monday, Thursday and Sunday and six direct flights on the other days of the week are flying from Shanghai to Kuala Lumpur. We wish you a smooth journey!
