How to Travel from Hong Kong Airport to Tsim Sha Tsui

Tsim Sha Tsui, located in the southern point of Kowloon Peninsula, is about 30 kilometers (19 miles) from Hong Kong Airport. A fast way from Hong Kong Airport to Tsim Sha Tsui is by Airport Express plus MTR, taking HKD65 by Octopus Card. But the cheaper way is by Airport Shuttle Bus. You may also choose to take airport buses and then transfer to MTR, taking at a minimum cost of HKD 21.8.

1. Fast Airport Express + MTR: about 55 minutes, HKD 65

Step 1. Take Airport Express to Tsing Yi Station;
Step 2. Transfer to Tung Chung Line and get off at Lai King Station;
Step 3. Interchange to Tsuen Wan Line and get off at Tsim Sha Tsui.

2. Economic Way - Airport Bus: about 70min, HKD 34.6

3. Alternative Airport Buses + MTR: 60-70min; HKD21.8 / 30.5 / 51.9

S56 / S1 / S64 + MTR: 60min; HKD21.8
→ Take S56 / S1 / S64 at Cheong Tat Road to Tung Chung Station;
→ Change to Tung Chung Line to Lai King Station;
→ Transfer to Tsuen Wan Line and get off at Tsim Sha Tsui

A30 + MTR: 65min; HKD30.5
→ Take Bus A30 to Kwai Fong Station;
→ Change to MTR Tsuen Wan Line annd get off at Tsim Sha Tsui.

A12 + MTR: 65min; HKD51.9
→ Take A12 to Western Harbour Crossing Bus-Bus Interchange;
→ Take MTR Tung Chung Line to Hong Kong Station;
→ Transfer to Tsuen Wan Line and get off at Tsim Sha Tsui.

4. Urban Taxis in Red Color: about 35-40 minutes, HKD 270.

The Taxi Station is located near the right-hand ramp outside the Terminal 2.

Ramada Hotel Kowloon on Granville Road? Take bus no. A21 to Granville Road, then walk southward for 50m and turn left to find the hotel.

I am not sure which bus to ride and which station to drop off from the airport going to Chungking Mansion.

Take bus no. A25 or A21 from the airport to East Tsim Sha Tsui Station, the mansion is 200m away on the northwest.

You can take bus no. A21 to East Tsim Sha Tsui Station. You can pay in cash or by Octopus Card but credit card is not accepted. It takes HKD 34.6.

You can take HK MTR Tung Chung Line at Sunny Bay station to Lai king station, then transfer to Jordan Station Exit D, walk southward to the crossing, then turn left to walk eastward to find the hotel on your right.

Yes. You can take A11 to Tonnochy Road, Hennessy Road stop.
Or take bus no. S1 to Tung Chung Station, then take MTR Tung Chung Line to Hong Kong, then transfer to Island Line to Causeway Bay.
