It is suggested to take a ferry from HK airport to SZ Shekou Port directly. You can buy ferry tickets at Transfer Area E2. DO NOT go through immigration and reclaim your baggage or you cannot return to the counter to take a ferry.

High speed Train from Hong Kong Airport
I am landing in Hong Kong at 18:55pm on June 17th. I believe I can take the AirPort Express to the Kowloon station and then the high speed train to Futian Station at that time? Do I go through Imagration at the Kowloon station? Do you need to purchase high speed train tickets in advance? Can I use a Credit card or is cash preferable?

The immigration will be done at HK West Kowloon Railway Station. Cash is acceptable; but I'm not sure whether overseas credit card is accepted or not.

For outbound from Hong Kong to Yueyang, I understand that Immigration will be done at HK West Kowloon Railway Station.
What about the inbound from Yueyang to Hong Kong, where will the Immigration checkpoint be done? I'm not holding China nor Hong Kong passport.
