Baggage
Storage:
The baggage storage service is available on the 3rd level of T2 and the counter is open from 05:30 to 01:30 the next day.

For each piece of baggage under 30kg and the dimensions within 199cm (length + width + height), the hourly charge is HKD12 and the daily charge is HKD140. If the weight exceeds 30kg (no more than 60kg) or the dimensions exceed 199cm (less than 398cm), the hourly charge is HKD24 and the daily charge is HKD280.
Notes:
1. The storage fee is paid on collection. Payment methods include cash, Visa, MasterCard, UnionPay Card, Alipay, Wechat, Apply Pay and Samsung Pay.
2. The maximum storage duration is 30 days.

Lounges
Airline Lounges: Seventeen airline lounges operating at different hours are sitting in the Departures Halls (Level 6-7).
Airport Lounges: Located in the Level 7 of Departures West Hall and the Level 6 of Departures East Hall, they provide a wide range of services, including food, movies, and magazines at the charge of HK$ 250 per person.
Opening Hours: 06:00 - 24:00 Smoking Lounges: Smoking in the terminals is prohibited by Hong Kong law, but smokers can go to the designated smoking lounges in the restricted area of Terminal 1.
Prayer Rooms: Passengers who want to pray or be in quiet contemplation may find comfort in the airport's two non-denominational prayer rooms.

Phone and Internet and Charging Facilities
Internet Facilities: Free WIFI is offered at Terminal 1 and 2. In addition, there is an Internet Zone near Gate 24 on the Departures Level. This provides a comprehensive range of communication solutions and value-added services including free Wi-Fi, free broadband access for computers, free local phone calls and selected TV programs. Other business support services, such as printing, photocopying, fax, mobile phone battery charging, and phone cards, are also available.
Opening Hour: 08:00 - 21:00 Battery Recharge: Mobile phone and notebook computer battery recharge is available at Aisle H in the Check-in Hall (L7) and Gate 1& 5 at L6 of Terminal 1. Also the Aisle P in the Departures Level 5 of Terminal 2.
Transport Tools
Electronic Carts: Nineteen electronic carts operate in the restricted area of the Arrival and Departure Levels to carry passengers to and from the gates for their aircraft. Go to Departures Level (L6) in Terminal 1 or call 24-hour hotline +852 3918 5000.
Automated People Mover: The Automated People Mover (APM) takes passengers from Terminal 2 to Terminal 1 and from East Hall to West Hall of Terminal 1. Traveling at more than 63 kilometers per hour, this driverless electric train system carries about 7,200 passengers per hour and departs every two to four minutes.
Facilitates for Family
Nursing Rooms: The staff of the 28 nursing rooms throughout the two passenger terminals works around-the-clock providing a considerate, decent service.
Baby Stroller Rental: Passengers who want to enjoy this should consult their airline companies, travel agencies in advance or contact World Flight Services (Hotline: 852 22612727, 24-hour service).
Shop & Dine
Shops: At present, the duty-free goods offered by over 250 shops within Passenger Terminal 1 and Terminal 2 are both appealingly inexpensive and more diverse.
In Passenger Terminal 1, you will find Hong Kong Sky Art with over 160 shops, most of which are in the Restricted Area. The Sky Plaza in Passenger Terminal 2 is an aviation-themed mall located on the 3rd, 5th and 6th floors offering customers an extremely wide variety of goods, and there are many Hong Kong 'firsts' in retail, mostly in the Non-restricted Area, catering and entertainment. Restaurants: Coffee shops, bakeries, bars, snack bars and restaurants can be found in both the Restricted Areas and the Non-restricted Areas.
Medical Center
Room 6T104 of Terminal 1. The medical center provide a basic healthcare service and deals with emergencies. Operate for 24 hours.
Medical Post: Near Departures Gate 34 of Terminal 1. Operate from 08:00 -15:59 and 17:00-21:00.
