Simple an easy booking process. No problem to understand boarding System even if you dont understand a Word Chinese. Check the board, wait until your train is green, scan your ID and go. Trains are clean and comfortable and on time every time.

I visited China in january 2025 for celebrating the spring festival at a chinese friend's home. I booked my train and admission tickets using TCG. Everything went flawless, the tips for entering the forbidden city really saved some time, and the TCG crew was also very kind to answer some additional questions i sent them by email. Here's an additional tip for foreigners visiting the terracotta warriors: At the first entrance you should maybe use the leftmost entry queue, it's the one with a guard on duty, and normally reserved for military and police personnel. At first we waited 40 minutes in a normal line only being for being told at the gate that foreign passports can only be processed in the special entry line. So we had to queue up again, but the special line was really fast then. If in doubt ask the officer if you can (or must) queue up in the special line. At the second gate use the rightmost entry. If there may be problems with the passport, mine couldn't be processed by the normal staff, there's a supervising officer that can help you.

Very prompt respond. Not sure if its due to lull period, you managed to secure the ticket almost immidiately and follow thru was also very prompt. However, the website was jam soon after and I couldnt book my return flight from the same platform. Nontgeless, I will recommend this to my friends n family. Have a good day. Kris ho
