We thank you for arranging the trip - it was special and we are grateful for your attention to detail and making it pleasurable.

Thank you so much for the outstanding service from you, Abbey! We had a wonderful time in China! Linda, Tracy, and Thomas (in Guilin) were all professional, friendly, well trained, and efficient. And, they speak perfect English. The guide in Shanghai was not so experienced. Drivers were very impressive. They do a great job quietly. Hotels exceeded our expectation. People were friendly, helpful, and professional. The room in Beijing had bad smoking smell. All meals were wonderful. Some exceeded our expectations, like the one in Beijing the first day , the one in Shanghai was great, and Xi'an was wonderful. We had hard time to find a restaurant for dinner in Guilin, they were so crowded near by the hotel, we probably should eat in the hotel, but the hotel had a couple of big conference and workshop, it was busy and crowded. Overall, it was a nice trip that I will remember for a long time. ... More

    SG02 feedback from Andrew's family:

    1. The guides were all very good, a true credit to your company and my compliments go especially to Candy and Lily. Candy gave a warm and friendly welcome, and learning about modern China and the history of Beijing were highlights of the trip for me. At one point I asked her about the Chinese Zodiac, a point of interest to me, and the following morning she had prepared a presentation including everything I wanted to know which showed she was actively engaged with her group and not just reciting facts, which I really appreciated. As for Lily, her passion for her job, Xi'an and her country were evident throughout. It was great to see someone enjoy their work so much, and her customer service was fantastic. When I thought I was unable to charge my camera overnight, she arrived the next morning with another camera for me to borrow so I did not miss any photo opportunities. I noticed that such professional and caring attitudes were displayed at all levels of the company from making the booking right through to flying home and it makes a real and positive difference. All guides offered privacy when filling out the forms. They were, in fact, very professional and a pleasure to be around at all times.

2.The hotels were all fantastic, in great locations and offering really friendly and helpful service the latter being especially true at the hotel in Beijing. I never found cause to complain throughout my stay and would happily revisit any of those hotels. The only minor issue I had in a hotel with was in Xi'an. The internet access there was very poor and I struggled to access emails or message my family during my stay. I realized this may have only been a temporary problem for them and so did not dwell on it much.

3.The meals were also great, and I have no complaints whatsoever as to the quality of food or timing of meals. Perhaps the home visit in Xi'an would have benefited from a little time to speak with the host and learn what modern living there is like. I feel this would have complimented the visits in Beijing's Hutong and the Guilin countryside well.

4.The countryside visit was one of the highlights for me. It was truly fascinating and really insightful. I enjoyed learning about Beijing's history the stories of the emperor's and their concubines, and Empress Dowager Cixi, were all fascinating and developed as we visited their historical abodes. I felt it was a special touch to have the narrative evolve as we visited the different attractions over the days, it gave a real sense of cohesion and story to Beijing. I also enjoyed visiting the Small Wild Good Pagoda, and would like to learn more about Chinese Buddhism and spirituality on my next visit. Xi'an was beautiful and I am grateful to Lily for letting us explore the city on our own after the Great Mosque it gave us a great chance to see a different side of this huge country.

5.It is hard to choose a single highlight. I think seeing the diversity of the country from Guilin to Shanghai especially was the highlight and the one thing I have taken away from the trip. The tour was a highlight in and of itself.

Everything was OK: guides, drivers, cars, meals, hotels during the trip. The program was interesting and intensive and was fully realized, although there were some flight delays due to bad weather. We liked very much Beijing, the glorious Great Wall, Xian with its ancient history, the beautiful landscapes of Guilin, the modern Shanghai and the visits to local families. Some minor recommendations concerning the program we have included in the separate feedbacks for each town we have visited and concern mainly: some more time for museums; also the first day in Shanghai could include some introductory visit to the city or at least some information how to organize such visit individually. If we have further possibility to return, we shall count on this company and will recommend it to our relatives and friends. ... More

The guides were all good –Linda was the most attentive of the group. The guide in Shanghai - David, was excellent however the tour in Shanghai was too limited - the itinerary had us arrive in Shanghai at lunch time and gave us the free day - more time in each of the tourist locations in Shanghai would have been better.

Hotels were fantastic - both my wife and I were very impressed with the selection of hotels in Beijing (except it was a little far out of the center) Xian and Shanghai. The hotel in Guilin was a little disappointing. The hotel itself was a little old, the room was run down and the meal supplied for breakfast was not the same as the other hotels.

Having said that, I was very impressed with the trip and I have recommended to several friends inbound to China.

We reached Mumbai on Jul 1, 2019. Both of us were feeling very sad to part with the group. All your guides were very good. They possess a good knowledge of Chinese History and the modern China too. The hotels were excellent and the food was also very good. I must thank you for the special attention given to us by our guides to choose the vegetarian dishes considering our needs. We enjoyed every bit of the tour and look forward to travel with this company again.

Everything was perfect: The hotels were great, the guides were beautiful people that could speak fantastic English and would go out of their way to answer questions, requests etc - our guides were Candy, Tracey, Michael and Claire. The meals were brilliant. The meal in the Chinese ladies home was memorable. The sightseeing was great. The drivers were always on time and very careful and the price was reasonable. Thanks so so much.

The trip was excellent. All the guides were very kind to us. Meals were delicious (even in Shanghai, where I recommend you that the restaurant you choose should have a menu in English, because we weren't able to choose the right food because of the language). Another problem was the wifi in hotels. We had to go to the lobby in order to be able to use that service. However, all the hotels were very good. Thank you for everything.
