Hello, can I choose bed when making the booking online?
I will be traveling with my little kid. I would prefer to have a lower bed. Upper bed would be a little hard for me.

Thank you for your inquiry.

The beds cannot be chose directly, but we will try our best for this bed request. If there are many beds left on the train, the chance will be bigger. Or you may choose to use our delivery service. In this way, the chance of getting a lower bed would be even bigger. Hope for your kind understanding.

Yes, they will sale simple food during meal time. Train staff will pass by with a small cart. However, they went too quickly before I understood! It is no problem to take food of your own as breakfast too!

There are buses to Tianzishan area nearby the railway station. It take about 1.5 hours.

Thank you for your inquiry.
There is indeed no soft sleeper tickets for sale on this ride. We are pleased to book hard sleeper tickets for you, however, due to the real name policy, each passenger can only buy one ticket. Therefore, we are sorry that we cannot buy 6 tickets for 4 passengers to hold the whole cabin. Hope for your kind understanding.
