The 5:09pm train should depart from Guiyang East Station. There is a shuttle bus from airport taking around 45min on the way. Taking the time at airport (40 to 60min) and ticket at station (90min) into consideration, it would be safer to use rail service after 6:30pm.

There seems no direct way except taxi. If you want to use public transfer, you can consider to take airport shuttle bus (Binjiang Line) to Jianglinglu metro station and then change to line 1 there to Jinjiang, 1 stop and then change to line 5 to Lianzhuang. I think it is exit D. Then you can walk to reach there.

It depends on your hotel address or the final destination you need to go. Generally speaking, the north station is a little closer to the city center and with metro service. So it is more convenient for transfer.
