At one side, they are operated at Chengdu West/ Chengdu East Railway Station. At the other side, all of them use Guiyang Railway Station.

 Traveling by flight takes 1.5 hour or so. A full-priced economy class seat costs CNY 1,200, but discounts are usually provided by the airlines and then the ticket price for an economy class seat may be low to CNY 300. The fastest high speed trains take 3 hours. If travel time to/from the airport and boarding time are added, rail travel time has no big difference from the flight travel time. In this case, bullet trains will be more competitive because of their reasonable price and wider leg room onboard.
