I would like to thank you for your quick and efficient service. I was worried about booking our train tickets as so much could go wrong but i had conformation from you on the day of release that our tickets were booked and what we had to do to get them. We collected from Beijing Station with no problems what so ever. I emailed you a couple of times and you responded very quickly; I found your staff to be very helpful.
Your website has a lot of information like how the process works at the stations and this was useful. We travelled from Beijing West and found it a bit of a free for all to get through the ticket check but once we fought our way through the rest was easy. All the trains are clearly marked on the boards and an announcement was made when to board.
Thank you once again for making out train travel in China a stress free experience.

The booking was easy, I got the seat I wanted, and that note to get the ticket at the station was really helpful. I followed the instruction on the website on how to take train in China and everything went well. I was kinda confused on how to check the ticket before getting into the platform, but the other passenger kindly helped me. The train ride was fun and the view from Chengdu to Beijing was really beautiful.

I wold recommend your service in booking trains in China - you made it very easy. We took the printed form to the window at Chengdu East (with our passports) and were issued our tickets very quickly with no fuss.
A word about Chengdu East - it is a huge station, but very easy to use. There is a queue to get past security, but then it is very civilised, waiting to be called to board your train. Most of the necessary signs are in English.
(By contrast, we made a last-minute train booking ourselves when we were in Chonqing and I am very glad I can speak a little Chinese, because otherwise it would have been impossible. In many stations there are ticket-selling machines that have English options, but it does not seem that all tickets are available at all of them.)...More

The trip was wonderful, you were very helpful with the queries we had, we had no problems with the booking procedures which went through very smoothly. We were lucky as there were no major queues at station when we reached. The train was great, we were surprised to find the 1st class carriage was almost empty except for us and two other travellers. The remainder of the train was full. The train staff were very friendly and polite, we enjoyed the trip. Thanks for your help and useful information....More

I've been very satisfied by your service. The ticket booking went very well. We were a little bit lost at Beijing West station when we had to take our tickets (we don't speak any chinese, and nothing was writen in English...). Fortunately, an english speaker guy helped us and explained us where to queue.

The booking procedures was fast and good, questions I had were quickly and correctly answered. The trip itself was great, however the trip from Chengdu to Beijing we were set between two windows and not a lot could be seen, but the trip back we had window seats and it was great. Comfortable speedy trains, riding on schedules, good toilets and a good service for snacks and foods.
