 This station is one of the largest modern stations in west China, with an east square, a west square, and a five-storey terminal building. It has convenient connections to long-distance bus station, bus stops, subway station, taxi stands and parking lots.
 2F: waiting hall, ticket office, information desk, check points, left luggage service, toilets, hot drinking water, stores, restaurants
 1F: platforms, ticket office, escalators, lifts, left luggage service, toilets, exits, convenient stores
 -1F: arrival hall, ticket office, tourist reception center, bus stops (pick-up), taxi stands (pick-up), convenient stores
 -2F: platforms for subway line 2
 -3F: platforms for subway line 7

  Arrival by subway:
Line 2: Passengers should get out from exit 1 or 2 to reach the east square.
Line 7: Get out from exit to reach the railway station.
 
 Arrival by bus:
At East Square: 135, 453, 4, 50, 80, 857, K12, K4, Night Line 2
At West Square: 40, 858A, 90
At Chengdu East Long-distance Bus Terminal: 4, 50, K12, K4, Night Line 2, Airport Special Line 4, Tourist Bus Line 4 to Panda Base
 
Passengers arriving by bus will get off at the west or east square. For those with a ticket, enter the station directly and find the correct waiting area according to the ticket information to wait for departure. For those without, go to the ticket office on 2F to purchase one first and then find a seat inside the waiting hall.
 
 Arrival by taxi
Passengers arriving by taxi will be dropped off at the west or east square.
From Tianfu Square (city center): It takes about 25 minutes and costs CNY25.
From Chengdu Railway Station: It takes 30 minutes and costs approximately CNY35.
From South Station: It takes 15 minutes or so and the cab fare is CNY25.
From Shuangliu Airport: The duration is around 30 minutes and it costs about CNY60.
 
Arrival by long-distance bus:
Passengers getting to the station by long-distance bus will get off at the east square.
 

A number of check points are located inside the waiting hall. Passengers need to read their tickets carefully to know exactly where to have the tickets checked before checking in. After that, follow the direction boards to the platforms to board. One thing to remember is that foreign passengers with passport should go through the manual lane although the station is equipped with automatic ticket check machines. Please note that the check points are usually opened 30 minutes before departure and closed 5 minutes before.

Direction Signs at the Exit

 When arriving, passengers will be led to the exit hall to exit. Afterwards, follow the direction signs to find buses, taxis, subway or long-distance buses to leave the station.
 
 Leave by subway:
Subway entrances are reachable on -1F. 
 
 Leave by bus:
Bus stops can be found on -1F. When getting off, passengers can go there by following direction boards to take buses.
 
 Leave by taxi:
Passengers can easily find the taxi stands on -1F.
 
 Leave by long-distance bus:
East Long-distance Bus Terminal is located at the south side of the east square. It can be easily reached by an underground passage from the rail terminal. Buses departing there will go to cities like Guizhou, Kunming, Yibin, Luzhou, and counties including Pengzhou, Jintang, Wenjiang, and more.
 
 Transportation to other places:

Take subway line 2 to Tianfu Square Station and get out from exit F.
