Seems no direct flight to Lijiang. To travel between airport and South Station, you can try to see if the bus 919K is still in service or not. If not, you may consider taxi or metro line 6 + 3 + 2 + 1 (yes, complicated).

You can take metro line 1 from the South Station to Huanchengnanlu and exit from gate D. Then walk about 15min to the railway station. The duration should be about 60 to 80min.

Or maybe you can choose to wait at Kunming South and take K9693 at 10:17pm directly so you can avoid this transfer between stations.

From South Station, you can take subway line 1 to Chunrongjie and then change to line 1 (the main line) to Huan Cheng Nan Lu. Then you can walk to the station which is about 1km away. To be safe, you'd better to prepare 1.5 hours on the way.
