Day 1 Arrival in Beijing
Our guide will welcome you at the Arrival Hall of Beijing Airport. Your exciting China trip officially starts here. Upon checking at the 4-star Hotel Kapok, located at the No.16 Dong Hua Men Avenue, you may wish to rest to recover from the jet lag or wander around to get your first impression of the city. 
Day 2 Beijing

You will head to the resplendent Tiananmen Square and the Forbidden City which are the symbol of our country. You may order what you like with the help of the guide who will explain the ingredients to you if necessary. In the afternoon, you will be taken to the old city part to visit the Qianmen and the Dashilan Hutong. Qianmen is the common name of Zhengyang Gate which was an embrasured watchtower standing at the south end of Tiananmen Square. The ancient Dashilan Hutong area was the center of Qianmen commercial district and the birthplace of many time-honored brands, such as Quanjude Roast Duck, Tongrentang Medicine Store and Ruifuxiang Silk Store. Walking through the alleys, you can still find the traces of its prosperity in the past. At night, you will enjoy the most popular opera - Peking Opera at Huguang Guild Hall (Addr: #3 Hufang Road, Xuanwu District). (B+L)
Day 3 Beijing
Forbidden City
This morning you will be transferred for 60 km to visit the thrilling Great Wall - Juyongguan Section. The existing pass has a history of about 700 years and was militarily important on guarding Beijing. The unique of this section is that the 4142 meters' Great Wall is a closed curve. The construction and design all show the idea of defend. The lunch today is served at one of the local best restaurants for you to try the famous Sichuan food. After lunch, transfer back to the city to visit the Prince Gong Mansion which was originally belong to the greedy and powerful minister He Shen in Qianlong era of the Qing Dynasty. In 1851, the mansion was given to Prince Gong and has been well preserved till today. It is said that the Feng Shui of this area is very good as the elders living nearby are longevous. Then a rickshaw Hutong tour is arranged to conclude the day. You also have a chance to visit a local family who is living in the typical quadrangle courtyard. (B+L)
Day 4 Beijing - Xian

Today, you will be led to the southeast corner of the third ring road and stroll in the biggest flea market in China, Panjiayuan Market. It opens from Thursday to Sunday and has more than 3000 stalls. You can find historical relics, calligraphy and painting works, porcelains, furniture and special products of the minorities here. It is like a folk museum and maybe there are some perfect souvenirs for your family and friends. Before head to the airport, you will visit the 798 Art Zone which was originally a factory site. Since 2001, a group of modern artists started to move in and gave the area a new appearance and definition. Now 798 is the new landmark of the city and we believe you can take beautiful photos here. In the late afternoon, take a flight for about 2 hours to reach your next destination, Xi'an. Your local guide and driver will pick you up at the airport and take you to the centrally located 4-star Bell Tower Hotel in South Avenue. Please have a good rest and get ready for your upcoming Xian tour! (B+L)
Day 5 Xian
Terracotta Army
The first stop is the must-see for everyone's Xian trip, Terracotta Warriors and Horses Museum. After a wonderful a la carte lunch, transfer to Mountain Li scenic area for a short hike from which you can get a full bird-view of the Huaqing Hot Springs. Transfer back to downtown and appreciate the valued masterpieces of great calligraphers in the history and ancient stone-carved books at the Forest of Stone Steles Museum. The museum has a collection of over 3000 pieces and the time span of over 2000 years. They are priceless in the research of the culture, religion and art. The last stop of the day is the only Tibetan Buddhist monastery in Xi'an, Guangren Temple. Although it was built only 300 years ago, it is very important to ethnic unity and social stability. (B+L)
Day 6 Xian

Climb up to China's most complete Xian City Wall in the morning. If you want to have a full view of the inner city, you may rent a bike and cycle around the ancient circumvallation. Inside the South Gate and at the foot of the city wall, there is the Ancient Cultural Street of Shuyuanmen. In the Qing Dynasty, the highest educational institution of the southeast area, Guanzhong academy was located on this street. When the examinee came to take the imperial competitive examination from all over the country, they lived and studied in this street. It was the holly dreamland for every student. Now it is where you can buy writing brushes, ink sticks, rice paper, inkstones and other cultural and art works. The lunch is arranged with different type of cuisines. Bell and Drum Tower are the center of Xi'an City since Ming Dynasty. The morning bell and the evening drum were the timing device in old times and now tourists can strike them with a small fee. In the evening, you may explore the local food court and taste the flavored food. (B+L)
Day 7 Xian - Guilin

Today you will take flight to Guilin, one of the cities with the most beautiful natural view. You will stay at the Guilin Park Hotel. The lunch is on your side. Visit the Elephant Trunk Hill, the symbol of the city and if you do not have a picture taken in front it, you can not say you have been to Guilin. Next we go to the Folded Brocade Hill (Diecai Hill), one of the most favorite places for the citizens to hike and play in the weekends and holidays. You will be mesmerized by the picturesque hills and lakes and the leisurely atmosphere. Enjoy an ethnic music and dance show at night. There are a dozen of minorities living in Guangxi and their folk dresses and customs show will give you a fresh experience. (B)
Day 8 Guilin - Yangshuo - Guilin
Li River Cruise
Besides the picture of the Elephant Trunk Hill, cruise down the Li River is another must-do there. Transfer to the port and start to enjoy. Your guide will accompany you. The breathtakingly beautiful scene along the river is a true blessing to this land. The peaceful life style is also an attraction and that is why many people could stay here for months. Because of the limited conditions on the ship, the lunch may not suit your appetite. So a big breakfast at your hotel and some snacks are suggested. After arrival in Yangshuo, you will have a chance to go deep in the nature. We will rent a bike or transfer you to the small towns nearby, visit a local peasant's family and drink wine on a bamboo raft. After that, drive back to Guilin and explore the mazy and mysterious Reed Flute Cave. (B+L)
Day 9 Guilin - Shanghai
You will take a morning flight to Shanghai. Our guide will pick you up and transfer you to the 4-star The Bund Riverside Hote (Addr: No. 398 Beijing Dong Road). The rest of the day is left on your own to rest at the hotel or take a look at the city by yourself. The French Concession, the Temple of the City God, old Shanghai streets and Huangpu River are all great places to go. You could never be bored in this town. Of course our guide would love to give some advice and recommendations. (B)
Day 10 Shanghai
Shanghai Bund
The morning will be spent at the world famous Nanjing Road and the ancient and modern Bund. The pedestrian street on Nanjing Road is literally the heaven of the dedicated shoppers. The brands, varieties and levels of the products are abundant and complete. With the comfortable environment, advanced facilities and modern management, even if you do not want to buy anything, you would enjoy your stay here. The buildings with different styles and ages on the Bund spark along the Huangpu River. The exotic gothic, romantic and baroque architectures from the 19the century and the skyscrapers like Jin Mao Tower, the Oriental Pearl TV Tower and the Shanghai World Financial Center exit harmoniously on the Bund. The last lunch is provided with Shanghai flavor which is very different from the northern meals. Visit the Xintiandi area and the Jewish Refugees Museum in the afternoon. In 1928, the Russian Jewish built this synagogue and it was the main refuge for Jewish in Shanghai during World WarⅡ. At last, your guide will accompany you back the hotel and say goodbye. (B+L)
Day 11 Departure from Shanghai
Please check out the hotel and get to the right airport by yourself as there are two airports in Shanghai. One is Pudong Airport (PVG), another is Hongqiao Airport (SHA). Taxi and airport shuttle bus tickets can be booked in the hotel reception beforehand. It is suggested to reach it 2 hours prior to your departure time.
