Tiger leaping gorge reverse hike
Hello. We are planning to go to Tina's first as we do have quite heavy luggage. Is it ok to hike in reverse?
From Lijiang in this case we should take bus directly to Tiger Leaping gorge i/o Qiaotou? How is it possible during our stay to go from Tina's back to Qiaotou or reverse?
We dont speak Chinese, thus it's quite difficult to communicate here.
Thank you.

Hi, I do suggest you take minimum luggage to hiking the Tiger Leaping gorge. You can carpool a car from Lijiang to Tina's directly and hike the middle and bottom of Tiger Leaping Gorge, after that back to Tina's for overnight. In the second day, hike to Qiaotou and then take bus back to Lijiang.

Two day hike in Tiger Leaping Gorge
I would like to do this hike in two days, starting in Qiaotou. Hike the first day to Halfway House (do I need to make a reservation in advance?) and the second day to the Old Ferry port. How many miles/hours each day?
How do I get back to Lijiang?

It takes around 7 or 8 hours to hike from Qiaotou to Halfway House. Stay overnight and head to Old Ferry port(about 3 hours), from where you will take another one hour to Daju and catch the bus at 12:00 or 13:00 back to Lijiang. I suggest you reserve the hostel in advance.
