Comparatively speaking, bullet trains takes less time and passengers can enjoy the sceneries along the way, but it needs a whole day on the rail. Another good choice is the overnight Z257 / Z258, which takes about 15/ 15.5 hours for the whole journey with a few stops at big cities along the way. The duration is reasonable and also can save one night’s hotel bill. Only sleepers are provided on this train, so passengers should buy the tickets early.
 Flights are also available between the two cities, taking no more than 3 hours. It may be a better choice for passengers who have a tight schedule. Although the airfare is higher, a reasonable discount may be given if you book tickets early, especially in low season. The flight schedules are suffieient from the early morning to late evening.
