We had a great time on this trip and felt extremely well looked after by our guide, porters and cook - all of whom went above and beyond for us. It was well organised and we felt safe in their hands.

Overall, very satisfied. The tour guides were great and knowledgeable. Accommodations were also quality and comfortable. I would do this again if I ever come back, The only thing I would like to see change is when flights were needed, it would have been nice if a vegan meal had been ordered for me. Since this was listed as a requirement by myself when I booked it should have been done (IMHO). Other than that no other incidents or issues.

Everything well organized

I can highly recommend the agency. Communication with Wendy at the headquarters was absolutely perfect, all questions, requests and comments were handled promptly. Likewise, all three guides we met during the trip were very pleasant (Carol from Xian was absolutely perfect). Hotels, transport, everything according to our requirements were well chosen.

Transportation was comfortable and we felt safe during our transfers. The hotels were very well located and met our expectations. I worked with a dedicated travel planner: Wendy, who was very patient in answering all my many questions. It was easy to communicate in English via emails during the planning process. All the tour guides we were assigned were very knowledgeable of their areas and communicated clearly.

The only issue was that 2 out of the 4 cars we were provided were quite small. Even though they were 7 seaters there was not a lot of leg rooms and we had 2 big guys in our group. The boot could barely fit the suitcases for the 4 of us, plus the travel bags for the driver and guide.

Amazing tour and professionally organised, all,tour guides were very helpful. The only issue I had was the fact that I booked a small group tour of no more than 18 as per your advert, and yes there were more than that. Shanghai was probably my least exciting city out of the 3 city’s I visited.

Very good experience! The tour guides in Beijing, Xi'an and Zhangjiajie (Kevin, Tracy and Lavender) were very caring, friendly, knowledgable and did everything to make our trip the best it could have been. And the trip organizer, Nicole, did a great job, being always there for us when we needed her. I am really happy I joined this tour (: Thank you to everybody mentioned above!! You made my time in China <3

We had an awesome trip. The tour loop around Poland was perfect for our group of 4. Having some issues with walking distances we chose this tour so that we could move at a slower pace. This worked great for the private tours. However, 3 of our group could not do the Salt Mine since it required 800 stair steps. This was not explained ahead of time or we would've only purchased 1 ticket. The Salt Mine does have a handicap accessible tour so we wish that had been scheduled for our group. Likewise, the Auschwitz tour was a group tour and 3 of our group could not go in the buildings, nor was the tour guide willing to slow down for them. Also, our itinerary stated the group would be approx 15 people which is not true. We had over 30 people in our group and there were so many groups scheduled that we were continually waiting in long lines to get in and out of the exhibit buildings.

The rest of the trip was absolutely enjoyable! The hotels were very nice, had wonderful breakfasts that filled us for the day, and were located in areas that allowed us to walk to restaurants and experience the towns after the driver dropped us off for the day. The private tour guides were great and came up with flexible ways to include those in our group with limited walking capability. Our drivers in Gdansk (Omnibus Tourist - Andrew) and Krakow (Spectrips - Sebastian) were great. Sebastian was actually our tour guide to Zakopane and around the city. He gave us insight to everyday life and we were ready for that after hearing about the history of Poland for several days.

What would I do different next time? I would add an extra night in each of the cities so we would still have the same tours but extra time to explore on our own.
