From the arrangement of the tour with Emily to the guides who were allocated to us, everything was seamless and the agency is exteremely accomodating to our needs as we have elderly and young kids with us in the group. At the same time, the guides were knowledgable and gave us many insights and knowledge of the history of each location/ sight-seeing location that we went. Our trip was a 9-day Xi'An, Luoyang & Beijing tour. We were glad that we got to see many amazing places and learnt so much about them. I would personally recommend contacting Travel China Guide for your local tour needs. We had Carol as the guide in Xi'An, Cissy in Luoyang and David in Beijing. All in their own respective city had extensive knowledge about the history and places that we went.

We did the 11?day tour from Beijing to Shanghai. It was an amazing experience, truly one of a kind.. Thanks, TravelChinaGuide! You guys are the best when it comes to professionalism and integrity. We’ll be recommending you to all our friends and family!

Emily Xin the consultant who booked our tour for us was great. Communication was prompt and very useful. The cruise itself was fantastic with great views and itinerary. Food on board was good. Only criticism is we don’t like how the cruise make you sit at a fixed table all the time.

It would be good if the car comes with window curtain so that we can be shaded from the strong sunlight that is shining into the car and especially in the Gansu region where it is very hot and sunny. We like the Lanzhou hotel room. Overall the trip was good. Driver is very good and steady. Guide is attentive and good in managing the itinerary.

We had a great experience and excellent services. Everything happened as planed and promised. The guides where very kind and provide important information about the sites demonstrating great knowledge of the history and fantastic visits logistic, saving time and avoiding the crowd. Definitively recommend Travel China Guide for any foreign traveler to China.

I had a lovely time. My guides were wonderful. They were both very knowledgeable and shared a lot of information. The hotels were also very good. Thank you for all of the arrangements.

Mrs. Lili and the driver were warm and kind. They adapted to our requests (such as buying a light lunch to eat in the car so we could save time due to our tight schedule). Lili described the places we visited with knowledge and detail, made sure we were comfortable and safe, and answered all our questions. At the Great Wall, she accompanied us the entire way, recommended photo spots, and even offered to take pictures of us. It was a long, hot day, and she was always by our side, helping us buy lunch and drinks. Our only regret was not being allowed to take the toboggan down because we are over 60 years old (we believe this is an age at which we are perfectly fit to do so—hopefully this rule will be revised). We were very happy with how Lili guided us through what was a very demanding and hot day.

Everything well organized

We have returned from a fantastic tour of Japan. The tour was planned second to none with attention to detail and quality throughout. The 3 day add on at the end caused by cancelled flight was busy and we could easily have spent an extra day in Hiroshima hiking in Miyajima Island also gave you less time to book hotels.To summarize another fantastic tour arranged to perfection. Difficult to compare our Chinese and the Japanese tours, nevertheless we find thet China comes first. To future tours wherever in the world you suggest. I believe there are great many options in China but we are open to any suggestions ..
