Hi Amy, This mail as feedback on Ling Ling as a guide. She was terrific :) very knowledgeable, very good English, great sense of humour, we had great fun with her learning about China and Beijing! We highly recommend her!

perfect organization, paying always attention to everything. fair prices, real possibility to tailor your trip. as our trip arrived to the end we would really like to thank you a lot because you really have been the added value to our trip. Transportation, hotels, guides and booked places were amazing. First time doing a customized private tour and even though more expensive, the experience, time saving, safety, comfort, were far more convenient than anything else. Korea and China, the suggested tours not requested by me were also great. Fully recommended, thanks to Nicole, our agent, and our guides, so knowledgeable, we learned a great deal. My daughters loved the food, markets, street snack, really enjoyed it. Thank You

I am sending this email because my mom wanted to say she had a great time with her guide in Beijing Massimo. He is a great guide and person and he helped and assisted my mom during Beijing tour in a professional and friendly way. So she is very happy for Beijing part of her trip as well.

I had wanted to take my mother to China for her 60th birthday celebration several years ago but was unable to do so due to the start of the COVID-19 pandemic. At the time, I had done my research on China tour companies and Travel China Guide (TCG) was at the top of my list. When we recently learned that our favourite singer would be holding a concert in Beijing and that the 144-hour visa-free entry policy was made available to Canada, we made the spontaneous decision to go to Beijing. With only a few weeks to coordinate our travel, I was thankful that I had already done the research years before and contacted TCG immediately to organize a private tour. Our travel consultant, Wendy, was fantastic. She responded to our questions promptly and provided us with all the helpful information we needed. She even pointed out a change we needed to make to our flight itinerary in order to qualify for the 144-hour visa-free entry into China. Wendy also remained flexible in postponing our tour payment deadline and adjusting our tour itinerary as we worked out our flights. During our trip in Beijing, she checked in to make sure that everything was going well.

As for our tour guide, Tina, and driver, Mr. Xu, I could go on and on about how amazing they were, but I'll only share some highlights.🙂 They were both very professional and went above and beyond their duties. We were not able to get concert tickets before arriving in Beijing. Mr. Xu did the research on which app to use to buy the tickets and Tina successfully helped us to purchase them. On the night of the concert, Tina accompanied us to the Bird's Nest Stadium to make sure we were able to get into the concert and Mr. Xu waited until the concert was over to drive us back to our hotel even though that meant having to work very late. In the short week we spent together, it felt like we had been longtime friends with Tina and Mr. Xu.

In summary, our Beijing trip was even better than we had imagined. TCG made two of our dreams come true - climbing the Great Wall and seeing our favourite singer in concert - and they made our whole trip from start to finish very enjoyable. We made some of the happiest memories we'll cherish for the rest of our lives and this was in large part due to TCG. Thank you so much for your exceptional service, Travel China Guide!

We went to Turkey on our first tour with China Travel Guide. Though the company is based halfway around the world we had wonderful communication and were able to customize our tour to our wishes. The trip itself was incredible! Hotels, transfers and guides were seamless and we felt like we got the true essence of Turkey. We’re already thinking about our next trip!

The trip went well, thank you for organising it. The guide was very professional and his English was very good. The vehicle was very clean and in good condition, the driver was very professional. The trip went well, we finished quite early as unfortunately we could not access the Mollar Villa or the Childrens Palace and could only view these externally.
