Firstable, thank you for everything!!! We’ve enjoyed a marvellous trip in an amazing country!! I can’t tell you all the beautiful experiences we lived in Madagascar!! So I have to say thank you!! And I want you to congratulate your local partners there because they were outstanding!!! Al of them! Drivers, guides and specially Mia who was helping us about one of our flights that was cancelled. Thank you again Emily!! I know will be in touch next time.

We had a really good time in Gubei and Beijing. ICE, our tour guide, was excellent — she was professional, patient and very knowledgeable. She explained the history and details of the various sites we visited very well, which made the experience much more meaningful and enjoyable. Our driver was also pleasant and helpful throughout the trip.
We did feel that we picked the wrong month to travel, as the heat was quite unbearable!
Nevertheless, we really appreciate all your help in making the trip a pleasant and enjoyable one for us. We will definitely consider Travel China for our future travels.
That said, pricing will be an important consideration for us. When comparing your package with other tour agents, we felt that it was somewhat more expensive. We do hope that for our future trips, you may be able to offer us a more competitive price. We would certainly be happy to consider travelling with Travel China again if the pricing is right.

I am truly and incredibly grateful for everything you have done for us throughout the trip. I know that organizing a group of Spanish travelers is not always easy and, on this occasion, we had a particularly demanding and difficult group to manage. Despite this, you and your team handled everything extremely well, and I really want to congratulate you on the excellent work you have done.

I would had liked the opportunity to post this review on trip advise directly, however here is our review.
I wanted to thank you for making the entire arrangement process so easy and enjoyable. You were incredibly patient while we changed our plans several times, and you remained available even after we had left. You made everything we wanted possible and delivered the trip exactly as promised.
We especially want to highlight our driver, Mr. Satish Kumar. He stayed with us throughout the whole trip and was absolutely fantastic. Every day, after dropping us back at the hotel following our sightseeing, he reminded us that he was there for us regardless of the time and that, if we needed anything, he would come straight away. He always made sure we were hydrated, and we had so much fun and so many laughs with him.
He even took a group photo of us and used AI to place us in traditional clothing, which was such a thoughtful and memorable touch. We travel frequently and have had many private drivers, but Satish was by far the best. He was an absolute treasure, and we would strongly recommend Satish Kumar to anyone as he was the best of the best.
We would also like to share some feedback about our tour guides:
- **Dinesh in Delhi** was very informative and knowledgeable. However, we felt that he could have shown a little more interest in us personally.
- **Sanjay in Agra** was a hoot! He was highly informative, a wonderful conversationalist, and had a hilarious dry sense of humour that made us feel very comfortable around him. We spent each day laughing with him—he was incredibly funny.
- **Ganesh in Jaipur** was just as knowledgeable as Sanjay. He did an excellent job of connecting the family histories of the Mughal rulers, which really completed the story for us. He was also very patient and understanding while I was dealing with the heat and humidity.
Thank you again, Emily, for all your help in arranging such a memorable trip.

I just wanted to give you an update on our trip. So far everything has been perfect, the hotels, the guides and the cars and drivers have been a pleasure to be with. Especially Lee and the driver Chang in Dali have been extremely helpful in assisting us to get my wife's health checked in the Dali hospital. They have gone out of their way to assist us in any way required and should be recognised for that.

My partner and I booked a 10-night custom private tour with TCG covering Beijing, Xi'an, Zhangjiajie, and Shanghai. Everything went smoothly: transfers were perfectly scheduled, the tour guides (Kevin, Lola, Tony, and Eva) were knowledgeable and always available, and the hotels were comfortable and centrally located. This trip was truly the trip of a lifetime and we definitely want to return to Japan someday. The instructions with photos and Japanese text for getting around were very clear. The accommodations were good, and Hakone was definitely the best stop, with the food and staying at the ryokan. We also took a bike tour through Osaka, which was a lot of fun. The weather outside was very hot, but the subway was quite comfortable temperature-wise. The only thing to complain about is that the trip was too short. Next time, we plan to arrange a longer duration with you.
