Amy, thank you for reaching out. We would like to thank you for organizing such a wonderful trip for our family. From the planning stage to the end of our journey, everything was smooth, well organized, and stress-free. We had an amazing time in China, and the entire experience exceeded our expectations. We would also like to thank all of our guides and drivers. Every one of them was professional, knowledgeable, punctual, and genuinely caring. They always made us feel safe and welcome, shared interesting information, and were happy to adapt to our family's pace and needs. Their kindness and dedication played a big part in making our trip so enjoyable. We would especially like to mention our guide in Zhangjiajie, Carol, who was truly outstanding. She went above and beyond to make sure our family was comfortable and enjoying every moment. Her warm personality, flexibility, professionalism, and extensive knowledge made her an exceptional guide, and she was one of the highlights of our trip. As for the hotels, the one in Shanghai was our favorite. It met our expectations in every way, with excellent facilities, a comfortable room, and a very good breakfast. The other two hotels were also good overall. The rooms were clean, the staff were friendly, and the locations were excellent. However, we were disappointed with the breakfast selection at both hotels. In Zhangjiajie, the breakfast restaurant was also very crowded and noisy, and the staff regularly walked around collecting leftovers in large containers while guests were still eating. We felt this was not appropriate for a four-star hotel and made the dining experience less enjoyable. Overall, we truly fell in love with China. There are still so many amazing places we didn't have time to visit, so we are certain we will be back. When we return, TravelChinaGuide will definitely be our first choice. Our first impression was already very positive, thanks to the prompt response to our request and the great flexibility in adapting the itinerary to the proposed changes. The follow-up on the tour continued with the same excellent response. Thank you very much, Kina. All the hotels were good, especially those in Chongqing, Suzhou, and Zhangjiajie, and less so the one in Lhasa, which was a bit run-down. The guides were generally very good, except in Shanghai. All the activities were fantastic, complemented by the excellent work of the guides who helped us attend evening shows in Lhasa, Zhangjiajie, and Lilijiang. We thoroughly enjoyed the Chinese cuisine in each of the many cities we visited. All the journeys—by plane, train, car, and boat—met our expectations. We returned very happy with the organization and the country, and eager to return to visit the remaining areas. Thank you very much for everything.

Working with Wendy is a delight- she helped refine our 10+ days tour that traversed 5 provinces. Everything is well organized and we all have a memorable trip. All the tour guides were great! Omar (Urumqi-Turpan) is exceptional in time management- he made sure we didna€?t miss any interesting stops in our action packed days. And when the Gochang donkey ride is not available, he replaced it with an even better horse carriage ride to Turpana€?s night market! Lily (Dunhuang) is so resourceful and well connected- the extra activities she arranged for us were an extra bonus! Carol (Xian) is very detail oriented, and was able to juggle our activities in lieu of the heavy traffic around the City Wall area. Her caring and dedication really shined when she went the extra miles to help us navigate the Emergency system when my son had gastroenteritis, she stayed with us from evening till late night. Adam (Luoyang) is very knowledgeable and shared with us many interesting sites, no skipping even when it was rainy.

Dear Wendy and the entire team, I just wanted to write to say a huge thank you for making our 14-day trip to China such an incredible experience. From my very first contact with Wendy in the office through to every guide we met during our journey, the service was simply outstanding. Every single detail was so thoughtfully planned and organised that we were able to relax completely and enjoy everything China had to offer. Our guides were absolutely fantastic. They were knowledgeable, friendly, professional, and genuinely cared that we had the best possible experience. We always felt incredibly well looked after, and nothing ever seemed too much trouble. What really impressed us was the attention to detail. There were so many thoughtful touches that made the trip effortless. For example, arranging for our luggage to be collected overnight and checked in for our internal flight was something we never expected, and it made travelling so much easier. On the mornings when we had early departures, our guides had arranged for the hotels to prepare breakfast bags so we didn't miss a meal. Whenever train schedules meant we were travelling over lunchtime, packed lunches were organised for us. It was clear that every aspect of the journey had been anticipated, allowing us to simply enjoy the experience. The hotels throughout the trip were of an excellent standard, and every transfer, excursion and activity ran seamlessly. We never had to worry about a thing because your team had already thought of everything. Before booking, I spent a great deal of time researching companies for a China tour, comparing itineraries, reviews and prices. I can honestly say this trip exceeded every expectation. It was exceptional value for money, and without doubt one of the best holidays we have ever taken. Please pass on our sincere thanks to all of our guides and everyone behind the scenes who worked so hard to make our holiday so memorable. Everything was fantastic. Great guides, great hotels, and amazing itinerary. Lijiang stood out to me and can highly recommended.

Overall, TravelChinaGuide was fantastic and you have been very helpful in sorting our travel plans. For Tour 1 (Guilin), Ali was great. She was friendly, efficient and a real pleasure to have with us. The driver was also very helpful despite not speaking English. The whole trip was made better by their presence. For Tour 2 (Beijing), Barry was friendly and accommodating. My only issue was that his English was not up to scratch and could have been much better. The accent was very heavy so it was difficult to understand. Having heard the English from other guides we came across, those were far better. The driver was very personable and polite.

Thank you so much for your help in this booking, I know it wasn’t easy with us not doing the same thing. You made everything very easy and I will definitely be in touch when I have another group travelling. I am planning to return with my friend and her family. Everything worked like clockwork, the guides in Xian (Roger), Zhangjiajie (Tony) and Beijing (Helen) were fantastic. Roger had a huge amount of knowledge and the group was very happy. Tony was excellent and our Henry and I had the best time in Zhangjiajie, it was a highlight. Helen was fantastic as well, she gave great advice to help us get through security quickly for the forbidden city so we could maximise our time. She really knew the best ways to do things. They were all fantastic, the drivers were all amazing as well.

The delivery servjce of the permit was quick. My arrival at the airport Lhasa was smooth and met the driver. Everything was good and acceptable. The hotels were also good and expected. Your service to track and assisted in the whole trip was great ! Thanks
