My fmily recently completed an inspiring and legacy trip to China. Our tour company was Travel China Guide. I can't say enough how good they were in every aspect. Booking, follow-up, guides and the actual itinerary.
KIna Lu wa our point of contact and was with us every step of the way. From price quotes to booking to implenentation. Her follow-up and professionalism were top-notch. We also had the opportunity to meet her in Xi/an.
I can't say enoughn about the tours at Travel China Guide and our interaction with Kina. Made everything perfect, flawless and took all the worry out of our amazing sojourn. Hats off to Kina and her staff. Truly exceptional.

Now that we have returned from China, my wife and I would like to express our heartfelt thanks to you and the entire Travel China Guide team.
Our trip was simply fantastic and exceptionally well organized in every respect. From the airport transfers and hotel transportation to all the sightseeing tours, everything worked absolutely perfectly. There were never any waiting times, and our drivers and tour guides were always punctual, well prepared, and ready for us. This allowed us to make the most of every moment of our journey.
What impressed us most was the outstanding flexibility and personal attention we received throughout the trip. Our tour guides had an incredible amount of knowledge and shared fascinating information as well as valuable additional recommendations that made our experience even more special. At the same time, they were always attentive to our individual wishes and needs. Whether we wanted to take in a little less information, stop spontaneously for a coffee, or make small adjustments to our daily schedule, everything was accommodated naturally and without any complications.
A very special thank you goes to you personally, dear Kina. Even before our trip began, you showed remarkable patience, dedication, and professionalism in responding to my numerous emails. You always took the time to address our questions, requests, and individual preferences, making us feel that we were in the very best hands right from the beginning. We truly appreciate this exceptional level of care and commitment.
My wife and I completely agree on one thing: Our trip to China could hardly have been organized any better! You not only introduced us to a fascinating and beautiful country but also made it possible for us to enjoy a truly unforgettable experience.

I would like to say that our recent China trip was excellent. The organization was great, and everything went smoothly without any issues. We were very happy with the arrangements and your team’s support throughout the trip.

We're back home safe and sound, I'd like to congratulate your impeccable organization of our tour.
There were no waiting times whatsoever, and everything ran smoothly, including the handovers between cities, tour guides, and drivers. The hotels were all well informed in advance, check-ins were seamless, and our requests for late check-out were always met when transfers were scheduled after the standard check-out time.
All in all, it was a perfect trip from an organizational standpoint. Your efforts and availability are highly appreciated, and we would gladly recommend you.

Our China experience was amazing. Everything was pretty good, our guide , service and hotel was good. Only thing is the buffet restaurant at Xian. I love Chinese food but I thought restaurant choices needs An improvement. Overall we had a good trip. Thanks for all your hard work!

I had a wonderful trip in China, thanks to Kina's constant help and the wonderful team of Travel China Guide! I really appreciated your prompt replies to my questions on email, before I booked the tour, during the booking process, and during the tour also. You kept in touch always, with important information, conveyed in clear English. It was nice to meet you in person at the Xi'an theatre show on Oct 27 - which was fun and amazing!

My private trip to Guilin and Yangshuo was nice. The Li River cruise was wonderful, and the view from Xianggong Hill astonishing. The guide (Lily) and the driver were professional, helpful and both did a good job.

Overall, the group was really pleased with the tour. Here is a breakdown:
Tour Guides
Beijing: I cannot express how grateful we were to have this assigned guide. He was so informative and relayed so much information related to the history of China and of Beijing. He was a very kind and generous man, and had so much knowledge to share. Our experience in Beijing would not have been as incredible without him. We also greatly appreciated his ability to converse in English. We had no trouble understanding him and this went a long way in creating a positive experience for us.
Zhangjiagie: We really enjoyed our guide, True. He was very kind, generous and considerate and his English was very good, which we appreciated. There were something on the itinerary that we weren't able to do since there was infrastructure work being done and so he added something that required him to have a much longer day, which we really appreciated. We did feel that your organization should make their clients aware of any possible changes to the advertised itinerary.
Shangai: We really enjoyed our guide here, as well. She was flexible and informative and her English was excellent. We all thoroughly enjoyed the museum experience. We made the mistake of not booking an extra night here, as there was limited time.
Hotels: We sincerely enjoyed every hotel that we stayed in. They exceeded our expectations.
Wendy, your assistance was greatly appreciated and you did a stellar job. Thank you for your patience, kindness and professionalism at all times.
