We have returned home to South Africa after a really memorable trip…and a "Big Thank You" goes to you and your guides for making it a special and unforgettable holiday that we will have fond memories of for many years to come!

Each of the guides John (in Beijing), Susan (in Xian), and Ellie (in Shanghai) were excellent, and they all assisted to make us feel comfortable throughout the trip. They all gave good background information to the various sites visited, and also gave us flexibility to explore on our own when required. What we found particularly helpful was the assistance they provided with checking into hotels/airports/train stations, purchasing tickets to the various sites, and ordering from menus when lunches were part of the itinerary. Over and above this, they each showed a passion for the host cities in their own unique way, which shone through in the way they guided us around the various landmarks. At the same time, they were always accommodating of our family’s needs, taking into account we were on own private tour of four, including our two young children.

To answer your question below, they all did provide us the necessary privacy to fill in the questionnaire. A special mention must go to Susan, with whom we developed a very good rapport. Susan really provided us with exceptional service, as she was always attentive and always gave advice with a smile, making sure to take the needs of our kids into account. Our boys fondly remember her tai chi "cutting the watermelon" demonstration which they now repeat with such laughter. We really enjoyed the time spent in Xian, and I ask you to please send her our kind regards. We also have a great Great Wall tour with John in Beijing.

Having now had time to reflect on the guided tour provided by your company, compared to our own personal arrangements after the trip to Guangzhou and Foshan, we can certainly see the benefit of making use of your guided services, which made traveling in China stress-free in comparison.

I will not hesitate to recommend your guide company to other friends and relatives, as we were all very pleased with the overall level of service and the excellent communication throughout the process, right from the start of our initial enquirers, to the very last send off at the train station in Shanghai.

It was also a nice touch also to have met you personally in Xian at the family lunch visit, and thank you once again for the small gifts you provided us.
