Well, for your convenience, you are advised to take a taxi from the campus to Main Railway Station directly. In general, the cab fare is around CNY 20 in the day time.

I think you may mean the campus at No. 27, South Shanda Road, right?
If so, there is no direct bus between the two places. There is about 4.5 to 5km between your campus and the hotel, so it is suggested to take a taxi to reach the hotel directly.
To reach the Baotu Spring, still the taxi is suggested. If you want to take the bus, you need to walk to South Shanda Road Middle Section Station where you can take bus K55 to reach Qinglongqiao South Station. Then you need to change to bus line 1 to reach Baotu Spring East Gate Station. Get off the bus, you can walk to reach the spring park.

There is no city bus route map in English, but you can use the bus searching tool on this website to search the information you need.

In my opinion, it is suggested to take the taxi directly.
As far as I know, there is no direct local public buses to reach the west railway station and the time is not suitable for you.
Taking taxi directly may cost you about 40 to 50RMB.
